What do you like best about PacerPro?

Be sure to consider all the ways in which PacerPro might be integrated into your institution. I found that not only did other departments have their own use cases, but that they were willing to partner on implementation, rollout, and training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PacerPro solving and how is that benefiting you?

"PACERPro: a better way to search federal court records"

What do you like best about PacerPro?

I like the ability to set up docket alerts and create distribution lists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PacerPro?

I don't like the multiple steps it takes to set up a docket alert. I want to click a "bell" or other icon and save the search right from the research screen as you can do on Lexis or Westlaw. I have had some issues where PACERPro worked better with another browser, and I had to switch to Chrome, for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering PacerPro:

Make sure you work with your docket department to link the cases involving your firm to PACER. If you don't do this, you won't get the best cost deal when using PDF to go with your own docket tracks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PacerPro solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have docket tracks on prominent cases in the practice areas my attorneys are following, like Apple, Cattle Antitrust litigation and Juul vaping cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
