What do you like best about FullCourt Enterprise?

I like that it ensures that we have all timelines and cases set and ready for hearings. If we didn't have FullCourt Enterprise, we would be struggling to keep this Court running smoothly. What do you dislike about FullCourt Enterprise?

The glitches. Sometimes things do not work like they are supposed to, but, it is always fixed in a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering FullCourt Enterprise:

I have only worked with FullCourt, not only as a Court Administrator, but as a clerk. FullCourt made everything that much easier because of the setup and customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FullCourt Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are still learning on FullCourt on a day to day basis. There are so many things that can be done. I enjoy the scanning capability of FullCourt and will soon enjoy the Citation Import system. Currently, we manually enter our citations into FullCourt which is a time consuming effort on my employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
