How it works

Ethos One

Ethos One is the feedback layer your team is missing: an AI-powered pulse, insight and accountability ecosystem for companies of 50 to 500 people. Most companies hear from their people once a year, and by the time the report lands the problem is months old. Ethos One replaces that lag with 10-second check-ins that adapt to role and timing, so feedback arrives while it's still true. Ethos AI reads the pattern, from burnout risk to friction between teams, and every insight becomes an action with an owner and a date. The next check-ins show whether it worked. The Transition Portal gives new starters, promoted employees, people changing roles and people leaving a clear picture before, during and after each move. Employees see only their own data and managers see only aggregates. Every feature is included from $4 per employee per month, with 14 days free access.

ExitSign

ExitSign is an organizational health tool that analyzes communication patterns in Slack and Microsoft Teams to surface early signs of disengagement, burnout, and turnover risk — before an employee hands in their notice. Instead of relying on employee surveys (which suffer from low response rates and answer fatigue), ExitSign analyzes behavioral metadata: message volume changes, channel dominance, and late-night activity. It never reads message content and never stores raw logs — only aggregated metrics. Managers see an ExitSign Score, an industry percentile benchmark, and one concrete recommended action per alert — so they know exactly who to check in with, and why. ExitSign is built for early care and team health, not performance evaluation or surveillance. It integrates natively with both Slack and Microsoft Teams. Key features: - ExitSign Score with industry benchmarking - Message volume decline detection - Channel dominance / participation imbalance tracking - Late-night activity monitoring - One-click recommended actions per alert - No raw data storage — aggregated metrics only

Fast Forward >> Typing

Fast Forward >> Typing trains employees in touch typing on an annual per-employee license. Each participant takes a placement test, follows an individual plan in their own keyboard layout and finishes with a certificate. Before and after measurement shows the team's progress in words per minute and accuracy. Pricing is on request. Most adults type for hours every day with a few fingers and a constant glance at the keyboard. Fast Forward >> Typing is a touch typing course built for exactly that situation. It starts with a placement test that records how accurately and how fast each key is typed. The result is a personal training plan through a comprehensive course. Keys that are already solid get a suggestion to skip, and every lesson stays open either way. Practice happens on real sentences, and accuracy comes first, so speed grows on a clean technique. Short "good to know" notes explain the learning science behind the method, such as spaced practice and chunking. Every language has its own curriculum written for its keyboard layout, not a translation. Everything runs in the browser with any keyboard, with no installation. Someone who writes 2,400 words a day and moves from 40 to 60 words per minute saves about 20 minutes a day, roughly 70 hours over a working year. The typing speed test and the first lessons are free without an account. The full course and a certificate for speed and accuracy are paid, with no subscription.

Fluencyfox

Fluencyfox is an AI fluency assessment platform for hiring and employee development. It shows you how people actually work with AI tools, by watching them do real work, rather than relying on CVs, interviews or self-reported skills. Every employer now wants AI skills, but most can't measure them. On paper, someone who is brilliant with AI and someone who has learned the right vocabulary look identical. Interviews only test how well people talk about AI. And most pre-employment tests and skills assessments still ban AI altogether, testing people in a way that looks nothing like the job. Fluencyfox does the opposite. Each candidate or employee spends up to an hour on a realistic work-sample task built around the role, using the AI tools they would use at work, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, n8n or Zapier. An AI stakeholder called Maya knows the brief and answers questions the way a manager would. The whole session is recorded: full screen capture, camera on, and voice transcribed as they think aloud. Everyone receives three scores, weighted the way you choose: output quality (the work they actually produced), communication (how clearly they reason and explain decisions) and AI collaboration (how well they delegate to AI, brief it, check what comes back and own the result). AI collaboration is scored against Anthropic's AI Fluency Framework, and every skill maps to UNESCO, SFIA, the OECD AI Literacy framework and EU DigComp. Every score links to the evidence behind it, including chaptered video, a searchable transcript and the delivered file. For hiring, Fluencyfox integrates with your applicant tracking system, including Ashby. Move a candidate to the assessment stage and they receive a single-use link; scores and feedback flow straight back into the ATS. There are no invigilators and no scheduling, so it scales from fifty applicants to five thousand. That makes it a strong fit for graduate schemes and high-volume early-careers recruitment. SilverTree Equity used Fluencyfox to screen 700 applicants to its graduate scheme and found 6 tier-1 hires. For employee development and L&D, the same assessment maps AI fluency across the team you already have, by person, by capability and by department. Use it to run an AI skills gap analysis, pitch AI training at the right level, find the internal champions already doing this well, and re-assess six months later to show what your AI investment actually delivered. Individuals see their own results and leaders see the shape of the team, so it works as development, not performance management. Fluencyfox is built by Calyptus and also publishes the AI Fluency Data Index, a free, regularly updated collection of research on AI skills in hiring and the workforce.

Gendergov

Gendergov is a cloud-based EU pay transparency analytics and reporting platform designed to help small and medium-sized European employers prepare for evolving pay transparency requirements, including those arising from the EU Pay Transparency Directive (2023/970). Developed by ACEVO Global Advisory Pvt. Ltd., Gendergov provides HR, compensation and compliance teams with practical tools to analyse gender pay gaps, understand workforce pay distributions and organise the information needed for regulatory reporting and internal reviews. The platform enables employers to work with their existing payroll and workforce data through CSV uploads, making it accessible to organisations that may not have dedicated compensation analytics teams or extensive HR technology infrastructure. **Key capabilities include:** - **Gender pay gap analysis:** Calculate mean and median gender pay gaps using workforce and remuneration data. - **Pay quartile analysis:** Examine the distribution of women and men across pay quartiles. - **Bonus and benefits analysis:** Review differences in bonus payments and benefits in kind. - **Pay transparency reporting:** Generate downloadable reports to support internal assessments and reporting preparation. - **Compliance documentation:** Maintain supporting records, audit logs and documentation for pay transparency readiness. - **Pay gap review:** Identify areas requiring further examination, including pay differences that may warrant additional analysis or corrective action. GenderGov is particularly suited to SMEs navigating the operational requirements of EU pay transparency legislation. Its focused approach helps organisations structure their pay data analysis, improve reporting preparedness and build a more consistent, documented approach to pay transparency. Rather than requiring employers to replace their existing HR or payroll systems, GenderGov works with the data they already maintain. This helps smaller HR teams manage pay transparency responsibilities efficiently while making effective use of their available resources. As EU Member States introduce national measures implementing the Directive, GenderGov aims to make pay transparency analysis and reporting more manageable, understandable and accessible for European employers.
