Gendergov Reviews & Product Details

Gendergov is a cloud-based EU pay transparency analytics and reporting platform designed to help small and medium-sized European employers prepare for evolving pay transparency requirements, including those arising from the EU Pay Transparency Directive (2023/970). Developed by ACEVO Global Advisory Pvt. Ltd., Gendergov provides HR, compensation and compliance teams with practical tools to analyse gender pay gaps, understand workforce pay distributions and organise the information needed for regulatory reporting and internal reviews. The platform enables employers to work with their existing payroll and workforce data through CSV uploads, making it accessible to organisations that may not have dedicated compensation analytics teams or extensive HR technology infrastructure. **Key capabilities include:** - **Gender pay gap analysis:** Calculate mean and median gender pay gaps using workforce and remuneration data. - **Pay quartile analysis:** Examine the distribution of women and men across pay quartiles. - **Bonus and benefits analysis:** Review differences in bonus payments and benefits in kind. - **Pay transparency reporting:** Generate downloadable reports to support internal assessments and reporting preparation. - **Compliance documentation:** Maintain supporting records, audit logs and documentation for pay transparency readiness. - **Pay gap review:** Identify areas requiring further examination, including pay differences that may warrant additional analysis or corrective action. GenderGov is particularly suited to SMEs navigating the operational requirements of EU pay transparency legislation. Its focused approach helps organisations structure their pay data analysis, improve reporting preparedness and build a more consistent, documented approach to pay transparency. Rather than requiring employers to replace their existing HR or payroll systems, GenderGov works with the data they already maintain. This helps smaller HR teams manage pay transparency responsibilities efficiently while making effective use of their available resources. As EU Member States introduce national measures implementing the Directive, GenderGov aims to make pay transparency analysis and reporting more manageable, understandable and accessible for European employers.
