Radius Velocity

Radius Velocity — Fuel Card Management System Radius Velocity is an online portal that brings all of your fuel card management into a single, secure login. Rather than juggling paperwork, spreadsheets, and multiple systems, fleet managers can view invoices, run detailed reports, manage cards, and monitor fuel usage all in one place — accessible via desktop, or on the go through the Velocity app for iOS and Android. Invoicing is straightforward: HMRC-compliant invoices are uploaded weekly and stored for up to 12 months, so they're always on hand when you need them for tax returns or audits. Reporting goes well beyond a simple transaction list — you can group spend by driver, vehicle type, fuel station, or card, view everything in graphs, tables, or map views, set custom date ranges, and export it all to CSV for your own records. Card security is built in from the start. If a card is lost or stolen, you can freeze it immediately from anywhere via the portal or app, and order a replacement at the same time — minimising disruption to your drivers. Radius Velocity also integrates with Radius's vehicle tracking services, giving you accurate MPG data per vehicle and automatic alerts if a fuel card is used when the vehicle isn't present, helping you spot potential misuse early. Radius Velocity is free for all UK Radius fuel card customers, and access is set up automatically when your fuel card account is opened. Backed by Radius — a global fleet and mobility solutions provider with over 36 years of experience serving 470,000+ businesses — it's a practical, no-cost tool for any fleet looking to cut admin time and keep tighter control of fuel spend.

Reper Ops Equipment management platform for job sites and fleets

Reper Axis is a cloud maintenance and heavy equipment management system built for construction contractors, quarries, mining and infrastructure companies, and equipment fleets. Every machine has one record that holds its faults, preventive maintenance, work orders, meter readings, timesheets, tires, fuel, oil, documents and full cost history. PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE ON REAL USAGE Service intervals are defined in engine hours, kilometres, calendar time or a combination, with the parts list and task list attached to each interval. Hour readings arrive automatically from telematics — including OEM portals via ISO 15143-3 (AEMP 2.0) — so no one has to type them in. When an interval approaches, the system warns; when it is missed, the machine moves to the top of the list. The last three services show at a glance whether maintenance was done or skipped. FIELD DATA THROUGH QR CODES Every machine carries a QR code. An operator scans it to report a fault with photos, complete a daily start-of-shift checklist, enter meter readings or log the timesheet. It opens in the phone browser with no app to install; the operator signs in once. Forms work offline and sync when the connection returns. FAULT WORK ORDERS A reported fault becomes a work order with assignment, labour hours, parts requests, approval and cost. Downtime starts automatically when the machine cannot run and closes when it is back in service, so availability figures come from real events. TIMESHEETS, RENTAL BILLING AND PROJECT COST The system drafts daily machine timesheets from meter, downtime and transfer data. The foreman corrects and approves them, and the month locks. Rental billing and project cost are calculated from approved days, including downtime deductions, with signed PDF and Excel output. PURCHASING FROM REQUEST TO INVOICE Material requests, requests for quotation, line-by-line quote comparison, amount-based approval chains, purchase orders, goods receipt and invoice matching — in one traceable process. ALSO INCLUDED • Tires tracked as individual assets with serial numbers, hours and kilometres per mount, and cost per hour • Oil consumption and oil analysis results with wear-metal trends • Spare parts with minimum stock levels • Documents and contracts with expiry alerts • Machine allocation and dispatch planning, with load and unload confirmed by QR • Accident records with downtime, liability and insurance follow-up • Availability, utilization, risk score and cost per machine, project and cost center; Excel and PDF export • Excel import templates for machines, meters, fuel, maintenance history and more WITH OR WITHOUT AN ERP Reper Axis runs the full process on its own. When needed, it connects to SAP and other systems through a documented REST API, webhooks and Excel import. SECURITY AND ACCESS • Each customer has a separate database hosted in Frankfurt (EU) • Role-based access by company, project and site; roles control which modules a user sees • Two-factor authentication and single sign-on with Microsoft Entra ID and Google • Every change is recorded in the audit trail PLATFORMS AND LANGUAGES Web, Android app and QR forms that work in any phone browser. Available in English, Turkish, Arabic, French, Romanian, Russian and Kyrgyz.
