RideView Reviews & Product Details

RideView by LightMetrics is an end-to-end, AI-powered video telematics platform that helps commercial fleets reduce collisions, coach drivers, and lower risk, and lets TSPs, OEMs, and Tier-1s launch their own branded video safety offerings. Edge AI analyzes road- and driver-facing video in real time to detect risky driving like tailgating, speeding, stop sign violations, distraction, and drowsiness, then delivers in-cab audio coaching. Events upload to a secure cloud with a fleet safety dashboard, driver scoring, coaching workflows, video on demand, live tracking, and REST APIs. RideView is camera agnostic: one UX, dashboard, and API set across dash cams at multiple price points. No-code integration adds video telematics to any existing platform, live in as little as three weeks. The fleet portal and driver app are white label, with all software built in-house. RideView won Frost & Sullivan's North America Technology Innovation Leadership Award for AI-enabled fleet dash cams.
