Radius Velocity Reviews & Product Details

Radius Velocity — Fuel Card Management System Radius Velocity is an online portal that brings all of your fuel card management into a single, secure login. Rather than juggling paperwork, spreadsheets, and multiple systems, fleet managers can view invoices, run detailed reports, manage cards, and monitor fuel usage all in one place — accessible via desktop, or on the go through the Velocity app for iOS and Android. Invoicing is straightforward: HMRC-compliant invoices are uploaded weekly and stored for up to 12 months, so they're always on hand when you need them for tax returns or audits. Reporting goes well beyond a simple transaction list — you can group spend by driver, vehicle type, fuel station, or card, view everything in graphs, tables, or map views, set custom date ranges, and export it all to CSV for your own records. Card security is built in from the start. If a card is lost or stolen, you can freeze it immediately from anywhere via the portal or app, and order a replacement at the same time — minimising disruption to your drivers. Radius Velocity also integrates with Radius's vehicle tracking services, giving you accurate MPG data per vehicle and automatic alerts if a fuel card is used when the vehicle isn't present, helping you spot potential misuse early. Radius Velocity is free for all UK Radius fuel card customers, and access is set up automatically when your fuel card account is opened. Backed by Radius — a global fleet and mobility solutions provider with over 36 years of experience serving 470,000+ businesses — it's a practical, no-cost tool for any fleet looking to cut admin time and keep tighter control of fuel spend.
