Reper Ops builds software for companies that run heavy equipment on construction sites and in fleets. Our product, Reper Axis, keeps every machine in one record: faults, preventive maintenance, work orders, meter readings, timesheets, rental billing, purchasing, tires, fuel, oil and costs. REPER AXIS — Heavy equipment maintenance and management • Define the maintenance program once; services are triggered by hour meter, kilometres or calendar, and upcoming and overdue work is listed automatically • Report faults with photos from the field by scanning the QR code on the machine; downtime starts automatically and the fault becomes a work order with assignment, labour hours, approval and cost • Complete daily start-of-shift checklists and enter meter readings at the machine, even without a connection • Machine timesheets are drafted from meter and telematics data, approved by the foreman and locked monthly; rental billing and project cost come from approved days • Purchasing from request to invoice: quote comparison, amount-based approval chain, purchase order, goods receipt and invoice matching • Operating hours and location arrive automatically from telematics, including OEM portals via ISO 15143-3 (AEMP 2.0) • Allocation and dispatch planning, tire, fuel and oil tracking, accident records • Report cost, availability and utilization per machine, project and cost center; export to Excel and PDF WITH OR WITHOUT AN ERP Reper Axis runs the full process on its own. When needed, it connects to SAP and other systems through a documented REST API, webhooks and Excel import.
