Servetic

Servetic is booking and quoting software for home service businesses. It runs the whole job from first enquiry to paid invoice: online booking, quotes, scheduling, invoicing and payments in one place. It is built for owner-operators and crews of one to ten people in trades such as pressure washing, lawn care, house cleaning, window and gutter cleaning, bin cleaning and mobile detailing. Most field service software assumes every job is booked at a fixed price. In these trades many are not. A driveway, a roof or a lawn has to be sized before it can be priced. Servetic handles both kinds of work. Online booking: each service has its own booking mode. Jobs with a known price book instantly into a real time slot, with an optional deposit taken at checkout. Jobs that need a look first come in as a request. Servetic supports seven pricing models per service, including fixed price, size tiers and price per square foot, and the booking page can be embedded on your own website as a widget. Quotes and estimates: build a quote, send it, and the customer approves and signs it online. On jobs priced by area, you can draw the roof, lawn, siding or hardscape on a satellite map inside the quote, and the measured square footage prices the line item. Accepted quotes turn into scheduled jobs without re-entering anything. Scheduling and dispatch: a shared calendar with Google Calendar sync, team assignments, a day view for each employee, recurring jobs for repeat visits, and live job location on the Pro plan. Invoicing and payments: send invoices and get paid through your own Stripe, Square or PayPal account, so the money goes to the processor you already use. Automatic follow-ups chase unapproved estimates and unpaid invoices. QuickBooks Online sync is available in beta on the Growth plan. Customers and marketing: customer records with full job history, a customer portal, Meta and Google Ads lead forms that drop new leads straight into Servetic, and email campaigns and automations on the Pro plan. Pricing is per business, not per seat. Starter is $29 a month for one user. Growth is $49 a month for three users, with extra users at $10 each. Pro is $129 for eight users, and Business is $299 for twenty. Paying annually costs ten months instead of twelve, and every plan starts with a 15-day free trial with no card required. Servetic runs in any web browser and installs to a phone's home screen, so crews can use it in the field.

Service Anchor

Service Anchor is a combined CRM and field service platform for home service operators running 1 to 5 trucks. The whole job lives on one pipeline: lead, quote, schedule, dispatch, job, invoice, payment. No double entry between an office tool and a field tool. Most software in this trade is built around the software's logic, so the owner ends up running the CRM instead of the business. Service Anchor is built around the operator's workflow. When you do the job, the pipeline moves with you. It ships pre-configured for your trade, with price books, job types, and lead sources for junk removal, dumpster rental, moving, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, tree service, HVAC, chimney sweep, painting, and window cleaning. Setup takes about 10 minutes. Built in: texting and calling on your own business number, line-item quotes with customer approval, invoicing with Stripe payments your customers pay you directly, drag-and-drop scheduling with double-booking warnings, route optimization, a mobile technician view, and a dashboard. Automations fire from the pipeline: appointment reminder, on-my-way, completion, invoice, and review request texts. Inbound calls and texts from unknown numbers are transcribed and sorted against your trade and price book after the fact, so real inquiries land on your board as leads with the job type filled in. Service Anchor runs lead to paid invoice. It is not your accounting or payroll software.

Service Buddy

What is Service Buddy? Service Buddy is an all-in-one business management platform built specifically for flooring retailers, carpet and rug businesses, and installation teams. It helps companies manage their entire operation—from digital quotes and job scheduling to inventory tracking, customer communication, and payment collection—in one simple, connected system. Many flooring businesses still rely on a combination of spreadsheets, paper processes, legacy POS software, and disconnected tools to run daily operations. This often leads to missed follow-ups, scheduling conflicts, slow payment collection, and limited visibility into inventory or job progress. Service Buddy replaces these fragmented systems with a modern platform designed around real flooring workflows. Run Daily Operations From One Platform With Service Buddy, teams can create professional digital quotes that include product details, images, optional add-ons, and payment options. Customers can review, approve, and pay deposits online within minutes—helping businesses move jobs forward faster. Managers can schedule installations, pickups, and service visits using a visual drag-and-drop calendar. Crew availability, job status, and workload can be tracked in real time, reducing confusion and improving coordination between office staff and field teams. Installers and technicians can access job details, customer notes, addresses, and schedules directly from their mobile devices, ensuring everyone stays aligned throughout the job lifecycle. Gain Visibility Into Inventory and Rug Tracking Service Buddy provides tools to organize products, samples, and rugs using photos, QR codes, and searchable storage records. This makes it easier to track where items are located, monitor stock levels, and prevent delays caused by misplaced inventory or unclear job allocation. Rug cleaning and repair businesses can also track intake, condition notes, cleaning stages, and storage zones in one place. By improving inventory visibility, businesses can make more confident purchasing decisions and reduce fulfillment errors. Get Paid Faster With Integrated Payments The platform includes built-in payment processing that allows businesses to accept credit card and ACH payments online, in the showroom, or at the job site. Payments are directly connected to quotes and invoices, making reconciliation easier and reducing the risk of unpaid balances. Faster payment collection helps improve cash flow and reduces the administrative time spent tracking outstanding invoices. Centralize Customer Information and Communication Service Buddy acts as a complete CRM for flooring businesses. Teams can store quotes, invoices, job history, photos, notes, and communication records in one centralized system. Automated text and email updates keep customers informed about upcoming appointments, job progress, and payment reminders—helping businesses deliver a more professional and transparent customer experience. This centralized visibility also allows staff to respond quickly to customer inquiries without searching across multiple systems. Built Specifically for the Flooring Industry Unlike generic contractor or retail software, Service Buddy is designed for the unique needs of flooring and rug businesses. The platform supports showroom sales, in-home estimates, installation scheduling, rug cleaning workflows, inventory management, and vendor coordination. Because the system reflects how flooring companies actually operate, teams typically adopt it faster and require less customization compared to general-purpose software solutions. A Platform That Supports Growth Service Buddy is used by both single-location businesses and multi-location operators seeking better structure and operational consistency. By reducing manual work, improving communication, and increasing visibility into daily operations, the platform helps businesses save time and operate with greater confidence. Ultimately, Service Buddy provides the tools needed to modernize operations, improve customer satisfaction, and support long-term business growth.

Service Foxx

Service Foxx is done-for-you automation built specifically for home service contractors — roofers, plumbers, HVAC techs, and electricians. We handle the lead capture and follow-up that happens after the phone rings, so contractors don't lose jobs while they're on a roof or under a sink. The core system covers three things contractors usually miss. Missed call text-back fires an automated SMS to any caller who didn't get an answer, in under 60 seconds, from the contractor's own number. Estimate follow-up runs a 30-day automated sequence after every quote, so quotes that go cold get reignited without anyone manually chasing the lead. Review request automation triggers a Google review ask the moment a job is marked complete, with a fallback to private feedback if the customer rates lower than 4 stars. The AI System tier adds three additional employees that work 24/7. Voice AI answers inbound calls, qualifies the lead, and books the appointment directly into the contractor's calendar — even at 2 AM. Conversation AI handles SMS, web chat, Facebook DMs, and Instagram DMs as one unified inbox, qualifying leads and booking jobs without the contractor lifting a finger. Reviews AI automatically responds to Google and Facebook reviews in the contractor's brand voice, so positive reviews get acknowledged and negative ones get a thoughtful reply within minutes. Service Foxx was built by an automation engineer after watching her husband — a roofing contractor — lose jobs he didn't even know about because his phone rang while he was on a roof. We've spent years building automation systems for service businesses on GoHighLevel. Service Foxx is the contractor-specific, productized version of that work, packaged so any home service business can plug it in without learning the software, without managing the workflows, and without hiring an in-house operations person. Full setup happens in ~3 business days. Plans start at $147/mo with a $250 setup fee for the BASE tier, or $197/mo with a $500 setup fee for the AI System tier. No contracts. Service Foxx works alongside or replaces existing tools like Jobber, ServiceTitan, and Housecall Pro, and runs in the background while contractors stay focused on the actual work.
