Service Foxx Reviews & Product Details

Service Foxx is done-for-you automation built specifically for home service contractors — roofers, plumbers, HVAC techs, and electricians. We handle the lead capture and follow-up that happens after the phone rings, so contractors don't lose jobs while they're on a roof or under a sink. The core system covers three things contractors usually miss. Missed call text-back fires an automated SMS to any caller who didn't get an answer, in under 60 seconds, from the contractor's own number. Estimate follow-up runs a 30-day automated sequence after every quote, so quotes that go cold get reignited without anyone manually chasing the lead. Review request automation triggers a Google review ask the moment a job is marked complete, with a fallback to private feedback if the customer rates lower than 4 stars. The AI System tier adds three additional employees that work 24/7. Voice AI answers inbound calls, qualifies the lead, and books the appointment directly into the contractor's calendar — even at 2 AM. Conversation AI handles SMS, web chat, Facebook DMs, and Instagram DMs as one unified inbox, qualifying leads and booking jobs without the contractor lifting a finger. Reviews AI automatically responds to Google and Facebook reviews in the contractor's brand voice, so positive reviews get acknowledged and negative ones get a thoughtful reply within minutes. Service Foxx was built by an automation engineer after watching her husband — a roofing contractor — lose jobs he didn't even know about because his phone rang while he was on a roof. We've spent years building automation systems for service businesses on GoHighLevel. Service Foxx is the contractor-specific, productized version of that work, packaged so any home service business can plug it in without learning the software, without managing the workflows, and without hiring an in-house operations person. Full setup happens in ~3 business days. Plans start at $147/mo with a $250 setup fee for the BASE tier, or $197/mo with a $500 setup fee for the AI System tier. No contracts. Service Foxx works alongside or replaces existing tools like Jobber, ServiceTitan, and Housecall Pro, and runs in the background while contractors stay focused on the actual work.
