It takes each wedding from the first enquiry to the final payment in one system, so your team stops working across spreadsheets, inboxes and separate tools. Enquiries from your website, email and wedding directories arrive in a shared inbox, with automated follow-ups, online viewing bookings and provisional date holds. Once a couple books, they plan in your branded portal: guest lists, menus, bar choices, dietary requirements, seating plans and documents. Your team works from the same event, with timelines, room layouts, supplier details and tasks. Catering tools cover menus, allergen tracking, chef summaries and provisioning. On the finance side, Sonas raises invoices on each couple's payment plan, takes card payments and Pay by Bank through Stripe, and syncs invoices and credit notes both ways with Xero, with an export to Sage 50. Wedding venues of every size use Sonas, from barns and country houses to hotels, estates and multi-venue groups, mainly in the UK and Ireland. Every plan includes the complete product, unlimited users, a dedicated account manager and no minimum contract.
