I like that the team responds really quickly to feedback and enquiries. I value the labels, customization, event types, and event-planning integration, and that feedback gets worked on. I find the room layouts not very user friendly because I have to move each individual chair for a big layout, and I can’t duplicate layouts when making default layouts.
