Designed to coordinate the wedding from the initial enquiry up until the main event, Sonas offers both the venue and their clients access to plan and synchronise the wedding planning together. Sonas' features include: direct communication with the client, planning of tasting events, management of guest lists with seating plans, bar and menu price lists and customisable options - flagging up any dietary or allergy concerns. Sonas also integrates seamlessly with Stripe for online card payments and Xero to streamline the accounting/invoicing processes.

Sonas has truly transformed our wedding and events business by streamlining many of the administrative tasks involved in event management. Our team enjoys using the software, and having everything organised in one place has saved us both time and stress. Our customers appreciate it as well. The Sonas team, especially Robin and Holly, have been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, from the initial implementation to the present day. They have taken the time to understand our business needs from the very beginning and have always been open to listening to our suggestions for improvements and system changes to better support us. The support team behind this software is outstanding. It's very reassuring to know that whenever we encounter an issue or are unsure about something, we can use the chat box and someone will respond promptly.

Sonas is intuitive, detailed and user friendly! I have already had emails from clients who are so excited about using it for their wedding planning. One of the biggest positives of Sonas for me, is the support. From the very first enquiry, the team have been nothing but responsive, supportive, friendly and helpful. The onboarding process is outstanding, they are available every step of the way and despite time differences, emails are always timely. We reviewed a number of other options and the service truly made Sonas stand out to us. Sonas is so easily customisable to your venue, whenever I thought I'd come up with a problem that couldn't be solved, there was a very easy answer! Thank you so much for helping us implement an amazing CRM that is going to make our lives so much easier!

The Best Wedding and Event Software!

Sonas is very easy to use for the customer and the Event Manager. It leaves the couple very much in control of their planning journey but with the comfort knowing that Event Managers are checking and overseeing. Couples can choose their menus, add guests and food choices, add suppliers, check their accounts and manage their timeline and venue appointments Sales teams can use activity prompts which helps to make contact with couples at key parts of the sales journey.
