Knowlix is an all-in-one AI business platform for small businesses. CRM, sales, invoicing, projects, marketing, and HR sit on one data model, with an AI Teammate on top that handles the admin and waits for your approval before anything goes out. The product comes from Peter Meier, who founded Metaio, sold it to Apple in 2015, and then ran their AR algorithm team for four years. Francesco Wiedemann runs the company as CEO. He co-founded Kyte, raised $370M, and sold it to Turo. The Teammate works the way a good assistant works. It drafts the invoice, writes the follow-up, updates the project from the email thread, and puts the result in front of you. You approve, it runs. Given a target profile it will prospect, research the decision makers, create the companies and contacts in your CRM, and write a personal email to each one, and the sending happens after you say yes. Because everything sits on one record, the Teammate answers questions about your business from your own data instead of guessing at it. It keeps the context you gave it last week, so you are not explaining your business from scratch again. The platform interface stays where it is. Ask in plain language and you get the answer with the underlying record next to it, which means you can check the work rather than trust a chat window. A fresh instance is ready in two minutes with the modules installed, and the agent walks you through the first steps. Server, account, and domain come with it. Moving your data over is a CSV export from your old tool that the agent imports together with you, and bigger migrations go through an onboarding call. Support starts with that same agent, which answers at any hour and never bills by the hour. When a question needs a person, it opens a ticket that lands with our implementation lead. Built for owner-led companies of roughly one to fifteen people. Trades and construction firms, interior design studios, professional services, recruiting agencies. Knowlix is a Munich company, an official Odoo partner, and has been building this product since 2020. $24.90 per seat per month, reduced from $35.60. Hosting, updates, and support are inside that price and there is no implementation fee, because the setup runs through the agent instead of a consultant. Some advanced modules need an additional license and get quoted separately. The trial is seven days with 25+ apps and 10 AI credits, and it takes no credit card. There is no permanent free plan.
