General opinion: VSActivity is a tailor-made ERP for our ESN: a massive time saver from the very first months! What sets VSActivity by Veryswing apart is the complete functional coverage (recruitment, human resources, commerce, delivery, purchasing...) without the unnecessary complexity of large ERPs. What I prefer: It's simple for consultants: Entering timesheets, absences, and expense reports (via the mobile app by simply taking a photo) is extremely smooth. The delay in time validation has dropped by more than 80%, which speeds up our month-end closings. I bill quickly and in compliance! We have reduced our billing cycle by several days. Staffing and business profitability tracking is done in real-time, without going back through parallel Excel files. And the fact that Veryswing is an Approved Platform for electronic invoicing allows sending a compliant invoice in one click. Customer support: The Support, Consulting, and Customer Success teams are based in Versailles, they are responsive, and truly understand the business challenges of an ESN.
