The software integrates with QuickBooks for accounting but utilizes more sophistication in inventory and all the tools an import and distribution business needs to operate efficiently. By creating Industry specific versions of the base application we are able to provide a more custom fit application out of the box for customers. The industry solutions listed industries on the right are the industries in which we have the most expertise although does not necessarily mean that other industries will not be a good fit. The benefit of using industry specific out of box solution will mean both reduced cost in the implementation of the software, as well as a more complete and thorough solution for the business. By standing on the shoulders of others in your industry you will gain the benefits of custom developed software at a fraction of the cost of developing it yourself. The price is very competitive for what you receive from the software and how much it helps. **What do you dislike about VISCO?** Takes time to adjust to the system and the learning curve. I could see how coming from another system that you are accustomed to could make the transition harder more if you are coming from DOS. **What problems is VISCO solving and how is that benefiting you?** VISCO has helped us streamline our processes and makes our data entry much simpler and automated much of our process. It is definitely worth testing out and seeing if it is a good fit for your computer. Esepcially if you do a lot of shipping and receiving. If you are thinking of trying to automate your shipping and receiving I would go with this software. ### 2. I can track shipment, cost, and track inventory all on one website. It makes doing business better. **What do you dislike about VISCO?** Sometimes the website will freeze and I will need to refresh the page. I only have this issue with VISCO so it's not ideal. **What problems is VISCO solving and how is that benefiting you?** Difficulty with updates while waiting for shipments to arrive. ### 3. I know whether I enter a SO and PO that I won't forget about the article, and a receipt will be created, so I remember to receipt my client. **What do you dislike about VISCO?** I have been using it for a long, and I did not find anything that I dislike about VISCO. **What problems is VISCO solving and how is that benefiting you?** This product is designed to accommodate my definite necessities at an extremely serious cost! It truly has assisted us with smoothing out our cycles and improved on the information section part of our work. ### 4. The support staff is delightful. Every time you call, you can reach the same person to follow through with a question. I especially like that they can log in to my computer to see what my question is and how to fix what I messed up. **What do you dislike about VISCO?** The software can be a bit buggy at times, but on the flip side problems are quickly resolved by Visco staff. There are times when the user interface can be more intuitive. It takes a lot of clicks to obtain relevant information. **Recommendations to others considering VISCO:** We have had excellent results with VISCO mapping our invoices from their software into QuickBooks Online. The integration has been successful in terms of posting zero errors. **What problems is VISCO solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been using VISCO integration with QuickBooks for two years, and it has been a vast improvement to our accounting system. The user will choose the customer (or prospective customer), the contact, and a due date for the customer inquiry. They can also assign the inquiry to another user for follow up. **What do you dislike about VISCO?** I like the software overall.
