What do you like best about 10X ERP?

- Real-time processing of transactions

- Intuitive, easy to use

- FAST

- Easy reporting

- Web-based, accessible on any device

- Easy to integrate with other systems via API

What do you dislike about 10X ERP?

- Would be nice to customize specific screens on a user level

- Lacking some advanced reporting. 90% of what we need is built-in but still have to pull some data manually.

- Bank feeds with auto-categorization will be a really nice feature Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is 10X ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our previous ERP worked great for our business for about a decade. Over the past 5 years or so, we've tried to do more and more integrations and customizations and most of the time hit a wall. We had to rely on disparate systems for reporting, e-commerce integration, and more. Now all of that lives inside of 10X ERP. We've also been able to remove friction from many of our daily process which has helped us improve our customer service and focus on growing the business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
