How Does G2 Rank CRM Software Products?

Why You Can Trust G2's Software Rankings:

  • 30 Analysts and Data Experts
  • 130,600+ Authentic Reviews
  • 2,818+ Products
  • Unbiased Rankings

G2's software rankings are built on verified user reviews, rigorous moderation, and a consistent research methodology maintained by a team of analysts and data experts. Each product is measured using the same transparent criteria, with no paid placement or vendor influence. Motorvar

Motorvar is a CRM and inventory app for small used-car dealers. It is built for a lot with a handful of cars and a few people, where the records live in a spreadsheet, a notes app and the owner's phone. Every car gets one record that holds its details, photos, recon work and costs. Every lead is tied to the car it asked about. Leads arrive from your website car pages, from marketplaces that email leads in the standard ADF format, from Google Ads lead forms, and from other forms or automations through a lead webhook. Calls, walk-ins and referrals can be added by your team or imported from a spreadsheet. Your cars get their own pages under your dealership's name, and you can show your inventory on your own website. Shoppers can ask about a car, book a test drive or value a trade-in right there, and every request lands on your lead board. Leads sit on one board that moves from New to Contacted, Appointment, Negotiating and then Won or Lost. Each card shows the car, the source and the salesperson. Motorvar flags a lead after an hour without a reply, and a morning email lists the leads nobody has answered. You can bring your records over from a CSV. Motorvar checks every row before it saves anything. Motorvar is not a full dealer management system. It does not submit deals to lenders, print state forms, run collections, do accounting or pull credit.

How it works

MoversDesk

MoversDesk is all-in-one software for local moving companies. It connects sales, estimating, dispatch, crews, documents, invoices and reporting in one record, and it adds two pieces of practical AI: a receptionist that answers the calls your team misses, and video walkthroughs that let customers show you their home without a site visit. The flow from call to quote is simple. A customer calls your MoversDesk number. By default your phone rings for 20 seconds first, and if nobody picks up, the AI receptionist answers. It says it is a virtual assistant, takes the caller's name, callback number and the move details you have switched on, such as move date, both addresses and home size, and creates a lead in your CRM with a transcript and summary. If you choose, it then texts the caller a video walkthrough link. The customer films their home room by room on their phone, MoversDesk drafts the inventory, and your estimator reviews it. Nothing goes to the customer until you approve it. From there, the same record carries through tariff-based estimating, digital documents and signatures, the dispatch board, the crew mobile view, invoicing and payments, and reporting. Growth and Scale plans add automations for instant replies, follow-up sequences and reminders, and Scale adds storage management. Pricing is published, which is still unusual in moving software: - Starter, $99/month: 1 office seat included (extra seats $69/month), CRM, dispatch board, tariff-based estimating, documents and invoicing, crew mobile view, 10 AI video walkthroughs and 100 AI receptionist minutes a month. - Growth, $199/month: everything in Starter plus automations, 25 walkthroughs, 250 receptionist minutes, and white-glove setup where the team builds your rate card and loads your documents. Extra seats $69/month. - Scale, $549/month: unlimited office seats, 100 walkthroughs, 500 receptionist minutes, storage management, included file storage, white-glove setup and priority support. Extra walkthroughs are $2 each. Extra receptionist minutes are $0.75 each, with a monthly cap that defaults to $50. There is no implementation fee and no contract: it is month to month, and you can cancel anytime. The trial is 14 days with no card on file, so nothing charges automatically when it ends. MoversDesk is also clear about what it does not do. It is built for local moves, so long-distance and van-line operations are probably not the right fit yet. It does not do live GPS tracking, full accounting or outbound AI calling. The company would rather you know that before the trial than after. MoversDesk was founded by Farhan Malik. The quickest way to judge it is the one the team recommends: run one real move through it this week.

Mrkt Manager

MRKT Manager is an all-in-one platform for organisers of farmers markets, street food markets, makers’ markets and food halls. It replaces the spreadsheets, group chats and manual bank transfers that most markets still run on, so organisers spend less time on admin and more time running great markets. Organisers can send trader interest polls before each market, see who’s available, and build their lineup from a visual booking calendar. Every booking automatically generates an invoice and takes payment through Stripe, with support for fixed pitch fees or percentage-of-sales billing. Payments sync straight into Xero or QuickBooks, so there’s no manual reconciliation at month end. MRKT Manager also keeps markets compliant. Traders’ food hygiene certificates, insurance and gas safety documents are stored in one place, with automatic reminders before they expire. On market day, teams work through digital checklists on their phones for setup, trader arrivals and pack-down, with everything logged and timestamped. Organisers can run unlimited markets, invite their team, message traders and see financial reporting for each market. Built by someone who has run markets, MRKT Manager is designed around how markets actually work.

Customers post ideas and vote on a public feedback portal or an in-app widget, and Autopilot AI turns forwarded emails, Slack and Discord messages, call notes and reviews into feature requests linked to the customer who asked. A public roadmap and changelog are included, and everyone who voted is emailed when an idea is planned, in progress or shipped.
