Flexibility is the biggest benefit. What I like most is how everything is connected in one system. We can manage leads, create quotes, track jobs, and handle communication without switching between tools. For example, creating and sending estimates is much faster now, and follow-ups are easier to manage, which helped us respond to leads more consistently.
