**What do you like best about MoversTech CRM?**

Previous Response: We were all over the place before - spreadsheets, separate email, personal calendars. Getting everything into one system took some getting used to, but the onboarding walked us through it so we weren’t figuring things out alone. After the first month it genuinely changed how we run jobs day to day. The automation side is where it really pays off; follow-ups and documents just happen without someone having to remember to do it. Pricing was simple, no weird annual lock-in, which was important for us.

**What do you dislike about MoversTech CRM?**

Nothing specific to highlight at this point. It’s exactly what we hoped for.

**What problems is MoversTech CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were dealing with scattered tools and manual follow-up work that slowed us down. Having lead management, job tracking, documents, and invoicing all in one place, with automations handling the repetitive parts, made the whole operation easier to run and easier to keep consistent across the team.

**What do you like best about MoversTech CRM?**

Flexibility is the biggest benefit. We were able to set up our lead process, follow-ups, documents, jobs, and invoicing around the way we already work, so nothing had to be restructured just to fit the software. Support has also been responsive and seems to understand moving operations, which really matters when you need help with something specific.

**What do you dislike about MoversTech CRM?**

There’s a lot built into the platform, so getting everything fully set up can take some time. It helps to plan for onboarding and set aside time to configure workflows and documents properly. It’s not a blocker, but it’s definitely something to factor in from the start.

**What problems is MoversTech CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing the full cycle from the first lead to the final invoice in one place has been a big improvement for me. Before this, everything was spread across different tools, and it was easy to miss follow-ups. Now that it’s all connected, and automations take care of the repetitive parts, the whole process feels easier to manage and much less dependent on manual work.

**What do you like best about MoversTech CRM?**

Lead management is where it really clicks for us. Every lead moves through the pipeline automatically. Follow-ups go out, quotes are sent, review requests are triggered without anyone on the team having to manually track or remember anything. The workflows are fully customizable so we set everything up to match how we already operate. Support has been straightforward, real people who actually know the product and help you get it running the right way.

**What do you dislike about MoversTech CRM?**

There is a learning curve at the start. It takes a few weeks before the whole team is comfortable navigating everything, but the onboarding team walks you through it so you are never figuring it out on your own. Once everyone is up and running, it becomes part of the daily routine without much thought. Nothing specific that stands out as a dealbreaker or a consistent pain point at this stage.

**What problems is MoversTech CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before MoversTech, a lot of the sales process was manual. Follow-ups were inconsistent, leads would fall through the cracks, and there was no single place where the whole team could see where things stood. MoversTech fixed that. Everything is centralized now, communication runs automatically, and the team spends less time on admin and more time actually closing jobs. The reminders and automated workflows mean nothing gets missed, and the consistency across the board has made a noticeable difference in how we operate day to day.

**What do you like best about MoversTech CRM?**

What I like most is how everything is connected in one system. We can manage leads, create quotes, track jobs, and handle communication without switching between tools. For example, creating and sending estimates is much faster now, and follow-ups are easier to manage, which helped us respond to leads more consistently. The interface is also intuitive, so once everything is set up, daily use feels smooth and organized. It also saves us time on repetitive tasks, which makes a big difference in day-to-day operations.

There is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, especially because the system is highly customizable. It takes some time to set everything up properly, but once that’s done, it becomes much easier to use.
