Routeability

Routeability is an AI-native CRM / CS platform: prospect, win, onboard, renew and expand. It is Customer Success software with the CRM built in, so the prospect an account executive qualifies is the same account a CSM onboards, grows and renews, on one customer record and one ARR ledger. Routeability is built for B2B companies with recurring revenue: Customer Success teams, revenue leaders, RevOps and finance teams who need to know which customers are healthy, which renewals are at risk, and what every account is worth. It suits growing teams that want to be live in days and Enterprise organizations running many teams and workspaces. EVERY CAPABILITY TIED TO THE BUSINESS OUTCOME IT DELIVERS Customers renew for results, not features. In Routeability, each customer's business objectives can carry a baseline, a target, a current value and a dollar value at target. Admins define your product's capabilities once in Journey Builder. The CSM links each objective to the capabilities that deliver it and updates the current value, while product telemetry tracks adoption of those capabilities. At renewal, your team can show which capabilities delivered which outcome and what it was worth, so the conversation is about value, not price. PROSPECT AND WIN • Pipeline in list, board and forecast views across five open stages. • MEDDPICC scoring: all eight elements scored 0 to 3 with evidence, and stage gates that admins set to Coach or Enforce. • AI enrichment fills in industry, size, revenue, location and a company description using live web search, then scores ICP fit. • Forecast categories (Omitted, Pipeline, Best Case, Commit) default from stage and can be overridden, with roll-ups by Account Executive (and by team and territory on Scale and Enterprise), a quarterly manager forecast call and nightly forecast snapshots that track each quarter's forecast against what actually closed. • Proposals built from your product catalog, fixed-term or monthly, with discount and tax, sent from your own domain. Accepting a new customer's proposal converts the prospect, books new-business ARR to the ledger and opens the subscription in one step. ONBOARD AND ADOPT • Journey Builder: define capabilities once and track each customer's journey through them. • Product telemetry: your product streams events and usage metrics to a per-workspace ingest key. Events mark capabilities as adopted, turned off or stale, and seat usage flags shelfware and headroom. • Import your existing book: a two-stage CSV import brings in customers, then one contract per product line with ACV and term, so ARR, GRR and NRR are correct from day one. HEALTH, RENEWALS AND RETENTION • Explainable 0 to 100 health: up to nine signals weighted by lifecycle stage and recomputed nightly. Every signal shows its weight, its contribution and a plain-English reason, so nobody has to guess why a score moved. • Per-contract renewals: each fixed-term contract renews on its own date and ACV, and month-to-month subscriptions are tracked in a Monthly book with their own churn risk. • ARR-at-risk forecast: each renewal's risk status is weighted into a forecast of ARR at risk. • Renewal reminders drafted per contract at the milestones you choose, sent from your verified domain once someone on your team approves them. • Native NPS and CSAT: by default, survey waves wait for an admin's approval before they send. Detractors on relationship surveys become follow-ups in Triage, and relationship answers feed ARR-weighted NPS and a customer voice signal in health. EXPAND • Expansion pipeline: upsell opportunities with stage and forecast, booked to the ledger as a new contract line when won. • Executive business reviews: scheduling, attendance by stakeholder role with an attendance-quality rating, and EBR recency that feeds the health score. ONE ARR LEDGER FOR GRR AND NRR Every change to ARR (new business, expansion, price increase, contraction, churn and reactivation) is a ledger movement booked through controlled actions. That gives you GRR and NRR on both book and renewal bases, aligned to your fiscal year, with FY targets. Quarterly quotas, attainment from the ledger and coverage per account executive come with every plan. Scale and Enterprise add Teams and nestable Territories with rollups, and Enterprise adds a Portfolio rollup across several workspaces. AI AGENTS THAT DRAFT WHILE YOUR TEAM APPROVES On Scale, Enterprise and every trial, AI agents for renewal risk, expansion and EBR preparation draft work into one Triage queue, ranked by the revenue at stake and showing why each item is ranked where it is. Every agent starts at draft and approve, so a person on your team approves, edits or dismisses each draft. Admins can let a few low-risk steps go ahead after a hold, and every decision and level change is logged. AI Assist and AI enrichment come with every plan. SECURITY AND ADMINISTRATION Routeability is built to SOC 2 and ISO 27001 controls. • Each workspace's data is kept apart by Postgres row-level security, enforced in the database on every public table and on file storage. • SAML 2.0 single sign-on with just-in-time provisioning, working with identity providers such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace and OneLogin. • Multi-factor authentication required for password sign-ins on every paid plan, with SSO users covered by their identity provider's MFA. • Standard, Financial and Administrator roles, enforced by the database on every request. • A field-level audit log recording who changed what and when, with before and after values. • Nightly workspace snapshots kept for 30 days, plus GDPR export and erasure. SSO, MFA, roles and the audit log come with every paid plan. Data is hosted in the USA. INTEGRATIONS Slack alerts to the channels you choose, SAML 2.0 identity providers, a product telemetry ingest API, CSV import and a verified sending domain for proposals and renewal emails. PRICING Routeability is priced per workspace, not per seat. Growth includes up to 10 users, and Scale and Enterprise have unlimited users. Monthly, 6-month and 12-month terms are available, with lower monthly prices on longer terms. Start with a free 10-business-day trial using your work email, with no card required. The trial includes the AI agents. A NOTE ON THE NAME Routeability (routeability.com) is spelled with an e. It is Customer Success and CRM software. It is not routing, navigation, delivery or logistics software, and it is not the chip design or networking term routability.

Salenovo

Salenovo tells businesses that sell to other businesses which UK companies to contact, and when. It reads Companies House and the UK's public registers every day, follows each company from the day it's registered to what becomes of it, and sends customers the ones in their area at the moment they're most likely to choose a supplier. There are three products. Weekly new-company lists, built for accountancy practices: every Monday, the week's new companies in a council, a region or the whole UK, ranked by how likely each is to trade, with a checked website, mailbox or landline where one is public, and the companies whose accounts fall due soon that aren't registered at an accountant's address. From £29 a month for a council. Premises data for suppliers: a file by 8am every weekday of the businesses taking on premises, changing hands or about to open, graded for the buyer's trade and cut to their region. It's built for card terminal, telecoms, waste, water, insurance, security, cleaning, IT support, payroll, staffing and other suppliers. £250 a month for a region, £1,000 for Great Britain. The growth list, for advisory accountancy practices: established companies that are scaling, graded with the reason in one line. £250 a month for a region. Every product starts with two weeks free. The data is about businesses, not people: no director names, no home addresses, and every row says where it came from and when.
