Data to help businesses grow. About 15,000 companies join the Companies House register every week, and most of them never trade. They stay dormant, hold a single property, or are struck off at their first confirmation statement. Salenovo follows every one of them from the day it's registered to what becomes of it, and works out which will turn into real businesses. For each new company we know what it does, where it's based, its chance of trading, and how to reach it: a verified website and business mailbox where the company publishes one. Then we follow what happens next, from its first accounts to new premises, licences and registrations. It's built for anyone who sells to new businesses and wants to reach them as they open: accountants, energy suppliers, insurers, lenders, card payment and telecoms providers, wholesalers and business services. Councils, MPs and business support bodies use the free figures to see what's happening to new businesses in their area. Most of what we publish is free. The Formation Index shows how many companies were formed this week in every UK council, region, postcode area and constituency, how many we expect to trade, and what they do. The Business Survival Index follows 1,178,421 companies formed between January 2022 and September 2023 to the register of September 2026: 51% were still registered three years on, by area and by sector. Accountancy practices can have a weekly list for their council at £29 a month. For other sectors we build the data around your territory and your trade. We score each company on its first day, using what happened to 2.5 million earlier companies whose outcomes are known, and we only use company facts from public registers and other public sources. No director names and no home addresses, and everything is business to business, inside PECR.
