Greenbar

Greenbar is uptime monitoring for freelancers and small web agencies that look after many client websites. It is built around one idea: every client should have their own status page. How it works: add a client, paste their URLs and Greenbar checks them over HTTP(S). You set the expected status codes and can add a keyword check ("contains" or "does not contain") to catch error pages that still return 200. Paid plans include 1-minute checks and Free includes 5-minute checks. Alerts go by email on every plan, and by Slack and signed webhooks on paid plans. You can also post manual incidents with a timeline of updates. Status pages: each client gets their own public page showing each service's current state, 90-day uptime bars and incident history. You choose which monitors appear on each page, and monitor URLs are never shown. Pages have light and dark mode and a mobile-friendly layout. On paid plans a page can carry the client's logo and brand colour, and the "Powered by Greenbar" footer can be hidden. Who it is for: freelancers and small agencies who build and look after websites for clients and want one place to watch every site, plus a page they can send to each client. Pricing is per agency, not per client (USD): Free for 1 client page and 5 monitors; Freelancer $15/mo or $150/yr for 10 client pages and 50 monitors; Agency $35/mo or $350/yr for 30 client pages, 150 monitors and up to 3 logins. New accounts start with $100 in free credit, no card needed. Cancel any time on the billing page.

HealthRide

HealthRide is NEMT scheduling and dispatch software that does the planning for you, with an AI assistant that books rides when you ask. It's for non-emergency medical transportation companies, from one van to large fleets. Ryder Go plans your whole day in one click, around time windows, vehicle capabilities and driver availability. You look it over, then apply it. The assistant, Ryder AI, also makes changes and handles everyday tasks when you ask. It always asks for your OK before it changes anything. Dispatchers see the whole day on one board, with one lane per driver, drag-and-drop assignment and trip statuses that update as drivers move. A live map shows every vehicle, with GPS mileage on every trip. Drivers run each trip step by step in the driver app for iPhone and Android, with one-tap navigation, signatures and messages to dispatch. It keeps working without cell service. MTM, Alivi and Sentry trips show up on your board on their own, so nobody retypes them. Standing orders and will-call returns are built in. Facilities and riders can request rides in their own portals or a form on your website. Turn completed trips into invoices, with pay-online links and saved cards. Reports cover trips, revenue, on-time service, miles and driver hours. $59 per vehicle per month covers every feature. No setup fees, no per-ride fees, no contracts. Real people who know NEMT guide your onboarding and data migration. Screenshots show demo data.

Hebrides

Hebrides is the investment workspace for family offices, VCs and private equity teams, made by Allermuir Capital in London. It organises work by portfolio, deal and data room, and runs the analysis from the first read of a data room to the IC pack. Hebrides reads a deal's data room, cross-checks claims across documents and flags contradictions, such as a customer named in the deck who is not in the customer list. It values companies across DCF, comparables, precedent transactions and the VC method, with comparables built on Dealroom data. The Report Agent drafts IC memos and LP reports in a firm's own template and exports them to Word. Every figure and claim carries its source: the document, page and passage. A firm's investment thesis is applied to each analysis. Integrations with OneDrive, Google Drive and Fireflies. Hebrides is SOC 2 Type II and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified, and client data is not used to train models.

Helios

Helios is an AI-native RMM (remote monitoring and management) and PSA platform built for managed service providers. It brings monitoring, security, patching, remote access, Microsoft 365 and a full helpdesk into one hosted platform, with AI that spots problems, fixes them and closes the ticket. Helios is built around AI, not retrofitted. AI Ops answers questions about the fleet in plain English and acts on them, forecasts which disks will fill and when, and correlates alerts so one outage raises one ticket instead of twenty. Self-healing automation runs the fix, records what changed and closes the ticket when the alert clears. A built-in AI service desk agent triages inbound email and drafts the reply straight into the customer's existing thread. Included on every plan: patch management (Windows and third-party), Microsoft Defender security monitoring, Microsoft 365 health, one-click remote access, branded client portals, AI-generated QBRs, asset lifecycle and backup monitoring. The agent runs on Windows, Windows Server, macOS and Linux, and every build is code-signed. Pricing is flat per plan, not per technician. Launch £4 per device a month (5 to 25 devices, £20 minimum), Starter £99 (50 devices), Growth £199 (250 devices), Scale £399 (unlimited). White-label client portal on Growth and Scale. 14-day free trial, no credit card.
