Hebrides is the investment workspace for family offices, VCs and private equity teams, made by Allermuir Capital in London. It organises work by portfolio, deal and data room, and runs the analysis from the first read of a data room to the IC pack.
Hebrides reads a deal's data room, cross-checks claims across documents and flags contradictions, such as a customer named in the deck who is not in the customer list. It values companies across DCF, comparables, precedent transactions and the VC method, with comparables built on Dealroom data. The Report Agent drafts IC memos and LP reports in a firm's own template and exports them to Word.
Every figure and claim carries its source: the document, page and passage. A firm's investment thesis is applied to each analysis. Integrations with OneDrive, Google Drive and Fireflies.
Hebrides is SOC 2 Type II and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified, and client data is not used to train models.
