## About Helios
Helios is an AI-native RMM (remote monitoring and management) and PSA platform built for managed service providers. It brings monitoring, security, patching, remote access, Microsoft 365 and a full helpdesk into one hosted platform, with AI that spots problems, fixes them and closes the ticket. Helios is built around AI, not retrofitted. AI Ops answers questions about the fleet in plain English and acts on them, forecasts which disks will fill and when, and correlates alerts so one outage raises one ticket instead of twenty. Self-healing automation runs the fix, records what changed and closes the ticket when the alert clears. A built-in AI service desk agent triages inbound email and drafts the reply straight into the customer's existing thread. Included on every plan: patch management (Windows and third-party), Microsoft Defender security monitoring, Microsoft 365 health, one-click remote access, branded client portals, AI-generated QBRs, asset lifecycle and backup monitoring. The agent runs on Windows, Windows Server, macOS and Linux, and every build is code-signed. Pricing is flat per plan, not per technician.
