Agentic AI Software Discussions
Working with DevOps lately, I’ve noticed Ops managers get stuck in repetitive tasks; escalations, approvals, follow-ups, leaving little room to collaborate on things like schema changes, CI/CD automation, or fault isolation. I checked out G2’s AI Agents for Business Operations and here are a few tools that stood out from demos, trials, and peer reviews
- Podium: I did appreciate how simple it felt to handle escalations and follow-ups via SMS and chat. Reviewers often highlight cost-effectiveness too. Has anyone here extended it beyond customer comms into Ops workflows?
- Synthflow: The no-code voice AI for calls and reminders caught my attention. G2 users also mention how quick it is to adopt. Could this realistically handle Ops notifications or task handoffs with DevOps?
- Fin by Intercom: I liked that it could deflect a large share of tickets almost instantly, and reviewers back this up. For those using it, does it really free Ops managers to focus on strategic work with DevOps?
- Kore.ai: The customization and enterprise integrations were impressive in demos. Reviewers say it scales well. Is this the better fit if you need automation that spans both Ops and DevOps systems?
- Microsoft Copilot: I found it strong for automating reporting and routine updates inside 365 apps. But, it is seamless for enterprises that don't operate within Microsoft ecosystem?
Curious to the G2 community: Which of these AI agents actually reduced manual workload for your Ops teams? Was the benefit more about time saved, fewer tickets, or better DevOps alignment?
When you evaluate an AI agent for operations, what success metrics matter most to you? Is it time saved for Ops teams, faster CI/CD deployments, or improved cross-team collaboration?
