It is very easy for people to get distracted during a conference call. What tricks do you use to keep them focused?

Regular users are more familiar with the microsoft products. We are constantly questioned about whether we should move to microsoft teams.

One of the benifits would be to be able to invite or dial a third party high res camera for collaboration on design, Medical or security information.

It's confusing to explain the Team client and our customers sometimes run into that platform while using Meetings.

The notification when someone posts to WT is a horrible blunt noise. There seems no way to change it to something pleasant...it seems either on/off are the only options

Everytime I join a webex meeting and use the call me feature I'm fine receiving the audio call but my Video enabled IP Phone can't be used to send my video

What are other government agencies doing to satisfy FOIA requirements for chats through WebEx Teams? What third party application are you using to satisfy this requirement?

If I need to bulk update users I do not want to have to export all users, make the change and then re-import them. This is a very cumbersome and time consuming process.

I think it would be a useful idea to have the option to offload Webex Team space history to a knowledge base for future troubleshooters to consult when looking at reoccuring problems.

I've been using the emoticons but they are too little options. If you ass additional emoticons to be use during the meetings it will be helpful.

Just by using the invite code how it is possible to login to the account in mobile app. It will be useful if there are restrictions on the office accounts however need to join a meeting.

For example the banner that appears whenever you begin a recording
