I have a small business and I am still growing zoom premium feature is what I need for a smooth operation for my business. I feel it is important the zoom supports small gowing free business and provide them with free subscription for certain period of time.
There may b issues while using zoom to the users who recently started using pro version. There is no support available for them which is so frustrating for them if they loose their data or recording. They trust blindly that zoom support will be able to help them in retrieving missing file.
If a user does not have subscription (personal or institutional), they cannot organise a large scale meeting for more than 40 minutes. Why not change that for the time of pandemic?
I Worte review on G2 website regarding zoom app 4 days back but still it's showing your review is submitted and we will contact you shortly. After 4 days still I didn't get reward and my review is not approved so may I know reason behind it.
I ask this questions because i have more than 400 clients which are using but facing that difficulty so please rectify the problem and add that end timings feature to ciso webex.
