Clarification needed for the future reference.

I think that Microsoft is severely lacking when it comes to resources for mail marketing for example.

There is no insert feature in PowerPoint add-in. We never open the add-in during PowerPoint demos as it has nothing to offer.

Beyond the standard reports, we are looking at better utilizing the reporting functionality to track and measure usage and activity.

In terms of roadmap, what is next for the tool? Will we have more artificial intelligence or predictive models that help automate content creation? Any new features we hope to see soon?

We want to standardize the tags to classify knowledge so that only those defined by the "administrator" can be used

I want to update the entire proposal as "complete" without having to mark each question as complete.

What is the best way to use the 'Auto Respond' feature? How long does it take to start matching at a high percentage? Over 2,000 answers? Why does it not match in the same manner as the answer library?
