Chrome takes a lot of RAM memory to perform why is that?

I've used Seamonkey for years. But when I tried to install the latest version, I get this message: sea monkey.app cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified. macOS cannot verify that the app is free from malware.

Chrome uses large Space in my RAM and in CPU leading to hang the system .some times i need to wait for the entire page to load completely .The Cookies and Cache memory in the chrome browser are also increasing while on surfing to Multiple tabs .

Unlike other services chrome takes a lot of data while loading pages and date on that page will not be available correctly until the full page is loaded.
