What do you like best about TRIBE?

Great onboarding process with a lovely and attentive team that gets back to in a short time frame. We especially loved the flexibility of running a campaign, as a smaller business we're unable to comment for subscription so Tribe helps our needs and helps us achieve our influencer marketing goals with ease. What do you dislike about TRIBE?

From the two campaigns we've run this year we felt that the only downside was the same pool of influencers were applying, with little difference in options. We also found that some influencers had large followings but their interaction and reach was small. Some creators hit the brief others don't and can be frustrating with our products as we're fresh food so asking to shoot again can be hard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TRIBE?

I like that Tribe can save time on sourcing relevant influencers for a campaign which are interested in working with the brand.

We've previously worked with The Blogger Programme which didn't meet all our requirements when finding influencers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TRIBE?

Sometimes the Influencers can be unreliable at sending content through on time or the quality of the content isn't exactly as expected so some back and forth in getting the content right is needed. There also needs to be a larger amount of influencers that are available on TikTok for beauty campaigns - I understand that TikTok is a new platform for TRIBE and this is why there hasn't been as many creators to work with. However, we find it is always the same creators applying for each campaign when it would be good to have some more diversity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TRIBE?

The process is streamlined and simple for us. Communicating with talent, renegotiating fees, payments are all made very easy for you so you can focus on getting the best results from the campaign Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TRIBE?

Without engaging the support team/account manager the system can be slightly rigid in what you can do during brief creation and while the campaign is running. But as mentioned the support team are great, so it's not to much of an issue Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TRIBE?

I like the range of content we receive, sometimes it looks professionally shot which is perfect for some Arla brands and the talent tend to follow the brief well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TRIBE?

The most helpful thing about Tribe is the option to have influencers submit their ideas before approving them for the campaign. I also love that you can decide how much budget you would like to dedicate to each campaign, which makes budgeting for campaigns much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
