The tool itself is well designed with a very user-friendly and intuitive interface for anyone with Salesforce admin level aptitude or above, with different tabs to filter recommendations and layers of the scan, recommendations organized into a matrix of level of effort and level of severity.

This made it easy to more strategically create and prioritize a technical debt roadmap and technical debt management process. As an admin at a nonprofit, the ease of use of the tool and the very reasonable price point as well as the ability to unlock scanning on a month by month are some of my favorite features.

I'm excited for Hubbl Diagnostics to include more predictive analytics; the more they can do this to enhance the recommendations and next steps for consultants and Salesforce administrators with predictive analytics and ML, the stickier the product will be for continued use.
