Beyond that, the Swantide team is always eager to help and receptive to feedback. They have been an outstanding partner of ours every step of the way since day one. **What do you dislike about Swantide?** I would love it if the AI assistant's access weren't limited to metadata. **What problems is Swantide solving and how is that benefiting you?** As our Salesforce org has grown and evolved, the complexity has increased exponentially. Swantide's AI is a huge help in troubleshooting amongst that complexity, and saves me so much time. One of my most common use cases is that I've run into something unexpected in our data and I need to figure out which flows could be involved. Then all I need to do is ask the AI assistant to list all active flows that can do x and I can quickly track down the issue from there. ### 2. The Swantide team is amazing. They're so so kind, helpful, and responsive. It has truly been a joy working with their team, and I can't recommend it enough. **What do you dislike about Swantide?** Honestly nothing comes to mind. The customer support is very responsive and we are very frequent users of their services. **What do you dislike about Swantide?** I know it takes time to develop, but hoping Swantide can add more Lead and Opportunity workflows in 2024. **What problems is Swantide solving and how is that benefiting you?** Routefusion is a startup company in the fintech space. We don't have a Salesforce expert in-house. Salesforce is a monster of a product, so we lean on Swantide for almost everything related to SFDC. ### 4. They are true thought partners that help me solve hard rev ops problems (which aren't easy for me to do as a generalist). They also work quickly and accurately, enabling me to cover rev ops, in addition to all my other responsibilities **What do you dislike about Swantide?** They could do a bit more to help educate customers on the new improvements available in their product. I want to implement the cutting edge of what they offer, but I'm not always aware. **What problems is Swantide solving and how is that benefiting you?** They configured our Salesforce, set up our data model, implemented controls and validations to keep our data clean, and put in place automations that make our team's job easier. All of this helps me spend less time researching and working on the basics and more time strategizing on behalf of my company ### 5.
