What do you like best about Swantide?

Swantide's AI assistant is a huge help in navigating and troubleshooting the complexities of our Salesforce org. Beyond that, the Swantide team is always eager to help and receptive to feedback. What problems is Swantide solving and how is that benefiting you?

As our Salesforce org has grown and evolved, the complexity has increased exponentially. Swantide's AI is a huge help in troubleshooting amongst that complexity, and saves me so much time. One of my most common use cases is that I've run into something unexpected in our data and I need to figure out which flows could be involved. Then all I need to do is ask the AI assistant to list all active flows that can do x and I can quickly track down the issue from there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Swantide helped set up our Salesforce really quickly and in a pristine way, and we've continued to use Swantide to clean up our Salesforce data and enhance our SalesOps capabilities.

What do you like best about Swantide?

Throughout our collaboration, Swantide exhibited excellent problem-solving skills. There were several occasions where their team provided solutions that not only resolved our immediate issues but also improved our overall Salesforce efficiency and user experience. "Don't hire rev ops - just get Swantide!"

What do you like best about Swantide?

The customer support. They are true thought partners that help me solve hard rev ops problems (which aren't easy for me to do as a generalist). They also work quickly and accurately, enabling me to cover rev ops, in addition to all my other responsibilities Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Swantide?

They could do a bit more to help educate customers on the new improvements available in their product. I want to implement the cutting edge of what they offer, but I'm not always aware. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They configured our Salesforce, set up our data model, implemented controls and validations to keep our data clean, and put in place automations that make our team's job easier.
