What do you like best about Forcepoint Web Security?

The feature I like the most about the product is its Content Filtering feature. In this way, by analyzing the content of the website that users enter, it can be understood whether it is malicious or not, and blocking can be made accordingly. What do you dislike about Forcepoint Web Security?

When you want to get a summary report on user activity, you will see that there is no such feature in the product. I think this is a feature that needs improvement. Also, we often need to scan logs one by one to find the actual site user visited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Forcepoint Web Security solving and how is that benefiting you?

With the product, we have been successful in providing web security for our entire company. To block malicious traffic, content filtering is used to research users when we receive a warning about a user when the site they are visiting is malicious, and when we try to communicate with a command and control server somewhere on the web. The most fundamental problem is the learning curve. It is quite a long process to set up policies and adjust the rules, particularly if the user is a first-timer. In some cases, the implementation of the new policy may require a long wait before the changes can actually take effect, as well as certain features necessitating cautious configuration to ensure that workflows are not interrupted.
