**What do you like best about AudioGO?**

I love how easy it is to get an ad up and running with AudioGO, especially when I receive last-minute requests. It's also cost-effective—we're running effective ads across streaming platforms for a lot less than we spend running ads on other marketing channels. I appreciate being able to allocate our marketing budget and time more efficiently. Additionally, I like that we reach more people because our ads are served across multiple platforms. The setup was super easy, and I like having access to a real person from AudioGO for support whenever needed.

**What do you dislike about AudioGO?**

I would like it if there were more AI voice options and background music choices. Maybe a southern man's voice that our target audience might find more relatable. Also, I just feel like we use the same background music in a lot of our ads, and I would like to have more options to choose from so that we could change things up sometimes.

**What problems is AudioGO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AudioGO helps us create and deliver targeted ads across streaming platforms at a low cost. It's easy to get ads running quickly, allowing better budget and time allocation. We reach more people and spend less compared to other channels.

**What do you like best about AudioGO?**

I really love how AudioGO can help guide you to start campaigns and if you don't have an audio ad, they can help make one. They always make sure it gets to the right ears no matter if it's English or Spanish. It was an easy setup to get started and representatives guide you step by step.

**What do you dislike about AudioGO?**

No Dislikes. I love everything about it.

**What problems is AudioGO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AudioGO helps my clients' businesses get seen and heard by the right people. It pinpoints the right listeners, guides campaign setup, provides audio ad creation, and ensures the messages reach the right ears in English or Spanish.

**What do you like best about AudioGO?**

This is an easy to use platform to get some good brand exposure for your business.

**What do you dislike about AudioGO?**

I don't see the customers coming from it really being that high for purchasing intent, but it still makes sense to advertise based on increased brand exposure for the value they bring to the table.

Advertising within radio as a small business

It allows for testing on a very limited budget and targeted campaign.

**What do you dislike about AudioGO?**

You can target by demo you want to target and control the budget as you go along and open and constrict the hose opening at your own pace.

Doing a small test on a very precise targeted audience.

I would like suggestions to improve CTR.

**What do you like best about AudioGO?**

I like that it is an easy to use platform and that there isn't too much of a budget restrictriction so you can work with a small budget while still getting good impressions.

**What do you dislike about AudioGO?**

I think that the platform could allow for more languages. As of now it is only English and Spanish. This limits some of the campaigfns we want to run because they don't have Chinese or Korean etc.

**What problems is AudioGO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us book digital radio to get our campaigns across to the public. We can get it to the right people in the right areas.

**What do you like best about AudioGO?**

The platform is very user friendly. I find it easy to tell my teammates how to use and have a good experience. My personal favorite thing about AudioGO is that it the ads will reach multiple outlets, including iHeart Radio. Many of our clients want this.

**What do you dislike about AudioGO?**

There were some issues I experienced where the AudioGO platform had an error and I was unable to remove the campaign, which was disappointing and made the dashboard messy. Even AudioGO was unable to remove the error campaigns. They just had to sit there. 
The way our finance department needs billing information from ads is rather particular due to the size of our company. There could be better reporting for our purposes to make the monthly allocation easier.

**What problems is AudioGO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I utilize this platform to reach customers on multiple platforms all at once for audio ads. This is different compared to a platform such as Spotify which only advertises on their own product. I always recommend AudioGO over Spotify for this reason when someone requests an audio advertisement.

**What do you like best about AudioGO?**

The platform is pretty intuitive and easy to use. I was able to target my ads as desired. Obviously, this isn't going to have the same robust data that you might see on other platforms, but it worked for what I needed.

**What do you dislike about AudioGO?**

The spending minimums make it difficult to run shorter term add-on campaigns. If I am spending more than the required amount, but want to add on different creative and a different audience for the same business, I cannot do that as a separate campaign.

**Recommendations to others considering AudioGO:**

Make sure your audio is exactly 30 seconds as it will bounce anything longer.

**What problems is AudioGO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a great way to reach a younger audience than is found on terrestrial radio. I'm using it in conjunction with other media to reach people in multiple ways. The younger audience was harder to reach with audio.

**What do you like best about AudioGO?**

The platform is very intuitive and easy to use... Can get up and running very quickly with minimal to no training on the platform.  Achieved OK CTRs, though hard to tell if it a fat thump click (most all clicks were on mobile), but questionable on audio platform if CTR is even the proper way to assess such a campaign.

**What do you dislike about AudioGO?**

Very hard to determinately track conversions and/or if your campaigns are successful.  Would be nice if there was some tag or code you could use to track conversions and/or match audience data for new listeners w/ the campaign (you can use a workaround via deploying chartable, but that's another system you have to pay for and is still imperfect)...

**What problems is AudioGO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Need to grow our audiences to achieve minimal download and streaming figures for Advertising needs

**What do you like best about AudioGO?**

AudioGo is extremely easy and user-friendly at ad setup. Getting your campaign going is fast and simple and the results are perfect for our clients. It's also very easy to request a voice over to be made for your campaign if you do not have access to one.

**What do you dislike about AudioGO?**

I wish the platform provided more details on the placements and locations it served ads to in the analytic report - My clients would love to see more demographic and location result data in their reports.

**Recommendations to others considering AudioGO:**

Make sure that you have a solid landing page for users who click on your advertisement.

**What problems is AudioGO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to reach users on iHeart Radio & Pandora. We're able to share new music from our clients on these platforms.
