The best thing about Zeffy—aside from its zero credit card fees—is the company’s incredible responsiveness to user feedback. Over the three years our organization, Key West Garden Club, has used the platform, I have submitted several feature requests through their suggestion portal. I am consistently impressed by how quickly they implement changes to meet our needs, which has drastically improved our daily operations.The advanced search and list management functions for our donor and member database have been complete game-changers. The automatic lists and custom filtering options save me immense time—which is invaluable as a volunteer.Initially, our users were hesitant because transactions and emails appeared to come from a third party. However, Zeffy’s customization tools now allow us to look highly professional and transparent. Through a little user education, this is now a total non-issue.While I appreciate that QuickBooks integration was added quickly after I requested it, I hope to see it expand to support deeper categories and subcategories. This isn't a negative, though; given Zeffy's track record of excellent customer service, I know it is just a work in progress.
