Great Product and Results
The connected campaign aspect. It is nice to carry the branding, color scheme, page layout/design throughout the campaign and every where it is linked to or shared. We do several fundraising events, or projects throughout the year, but we also have several on-going campaigns. Being able to track the effectiveness and performance of each is a great feature for us.

Such an improvement
We were originally using and paying for Constant Contact and various spreadsheets to communicate and keep up with our membership. Zeffy has eliminated that cost and has SO many features for doing various campaigns, member responses and much cleaner organization of our data. Support has been really good as well.

Easy & Free, Great UX
Zeffy has great user interface, is easy to use, and doesn't charge us anything. As a small non-profit on a shoe-string budget, we want to commit to excellence, but don't have a huge budget. Zeffy is an easy tool that helps us do just that.
