New, Intuitive Platform!

I feel Zeffy has a very intuitive interface. They seem to have a nimble team of customer service reps (real humans!) and web developers who are constantly taking in user feedback and implementing new features.

Zeffy has saved our non-profit hundreds of dollars in credit card fees and is very user friendly.

The ease of setting up our events and interfacing with those registering. The on line support has been very useful in troubleshooting different scenarios. The saving on credit card fees helps our non-profit save money.
