Vulse Is Intuitive, Expands Content Reach, and Delivers Clear Engagement Analytics

I’ve spent my career making complex software understandable—first as a technical writer and now in content management—so I tend to judge tools by how much explaining they require. Vulse requires almost none. Colleagues can open it and immediately know what to do, which in my role removes an entire category of work: no user guides to write, no onboarding decks to build, and no follow-up questions piling up in my inbox. On top of that, it addresses a problem every content team knows well. We create strong material and then watch it underperform because a company page can only reach so far. Getting that content into colleagues’ hands to share has multiplied how far our work travels. The analytics also close the loop by showing which pieces earn genuine engagement, instead of leaving me to guess.

Getting colleagues across 60+ countries to talk about their work online sounds impossible—until you have the right tool. For me, it really comes down to two things. First, nobody needs training. An agronomist in Brazil and a marketer in Oslo see the same simple screen, and both immediately know what to do. Second, the scheduling handles time zones properly, so a campaign lands in each market at a sensible local hour instead of dropping in the middle of the night. I also rate the dashboard highly: it loads quickly, the numbers feel trustworthy, and I can answer a question from leadership in about thirty seconds rather than promising a report by Friday.

Fast, Frictionless Content Distribution Powered by Employees

I’ve spent my career in content, and the hardest part has never been creating it—it’s been distribution. Vulse solves that distribution problem in a way I hadn’t seen done well before. At Tele2 we produce a lot of strong material, from partnership announcements to sustainability stories, and historically most of it lived and died on our brand channels. Vulse changes that by turning our own people into a distribution network. I brief the content in, colleagues across the business pick up what fits their role and audience, and our stories travel much further than any single channel could carry on its own. The platform itself stays out of the way, which is the highest compliment I can give a tool. It’s fast, the interface is clear, and nothing about it creates friction for busy people.
