## About Vulse
Vulse is a LinkedIn-first employee advocacy platform that helps B2B companies turn their employees into trusted voices on LinkedIn. The platform combines data-powered content creation, LinkedIn analytics, and team coordination tools so marketing teams can launch, manage, and measure employee advocacy programmes without the complexity of enterprise platforms built for every social network. Vulse holds exclusive LinkedIn API permissions, giving it direct access to engagement data and profile analytics that go beyond standard sharing integrations. This means deeper performance insights and more accurate reporting on how employee content drives reach, engagement, and pipeline. Our analysis of 400 million LinkedIn impressions found that employee posts generate 14x more engagement than company page content. LinkedIn's algorithm now allocates approximately 65% of feed distribution to personal profiles and just 5% to company pages. Vulse is built to help companies capture that advantage by making it easy for employees to create, personalise, and share content that performs. The platform is ISO 27001 certified and designed for organisations that need security, compliance controls, and audit trails alongside advocacy functionality. Who Uses Vulse Vulse is built for B2B marketing teams, communications leads, HR professionals, and employee advocates at companies of any size. It is particularly well suited for marketing teams launching or scaling employee advocacy programmes on LinkedIn, companies where LinkedIn is the primary channel for brand visibility and lead generation, organisations in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, and pharma that need approval workflows and compliance controls, agencies managing LinkedIn content and advocacy across multiple clients, and sales teams using LinkedIn for social selling and thought leadership. What Makes Vulse Different LinkedIn-only focus. Vulse is purpose-built for LinkedIn rather than spread across every social network. Every feature, from content creation to analytics to AI writing, is designed specifically for how LinkedIn's algorithm and content formats work in 2026. This specialisation means better results on the platform that matters most for B2B companies. LinkedIn API access. Vulse holds LinkedIn API permissions that provide direct access to member-level engagement data and profile analytics. This gives users richer analytics and more accurate performance tracking than platforms relying on standard sharing APIs. Data-powered content creation with Tone Match. Vulse's AI analyses an employee's existing LinkedIn posts and writing style, then generates new content that matches their personal voice. This solves the biggest barrier to advocacy: employees not knowing what to post. Instead of generic templates, each employee gets content suggestions that sound like them. Personalisation by default. LinkedIn's algorithm penalises mass-identical resharing. If 50 employees share the same post word for word, the algorithm may only display it once. Vulse's content workflow encourages employees to personalise every post, resulting in 3.6x more engagement compared to identical shares. The platform provides the framework while employees add their own perspective. Built-in compliance and approval workflows. Pre-approved content kits, role-based permissions, keyword-triggered routing, and full audit trails for organisations that need governance over employee posting. Designed with regulated industries in mind, including financial services firms that need to meet FINRA social media supervision requirements and healthcare organisations navigating HIPAA constraints. ISO 27001 certified. Enterprise-grade security certification for companies that require verified data protection standards. Key Features Content Creation and AI Writing. AI-powered post generation that matches each employee's tone of voice. Employees can create LinkedIn posts from scratch, adapt suggested content, or personalise pre-approved templates. The platform supports text posts, document carousels, images, and video. The AI writing assistant helps employees overcome the blank page problem while ensuring every post sounds authentic rather than corporate. Employee Advocacy Management. Coordinate content sharing across distributed teams. Create content kits with approved themes, messaging, and visual assets that employees can personalise and publish. Track participation rates, posting frequency, and engagement metrics by individual team member. Identify your most active advocates and understand which content themes drive the strongest results. LinkedIn Analytics Dashboard. View performance data across all connected employee profiles in one centralised dashboard. Track impressions, engagement rate, clicks, comments, follower growth, and profile views. Identify top-performing content formats, optimal posting times, and trending topics. Compare employee content performance against company page benchmarks to quantify the advocacy advantage. Content Calendar and Scheduling. Plan and schedule LinkedIn content across employee accounts. Maintain a consistent posting cadence with a visual content calendar that shows what is going out, when, and from whom. Schedule posts for optimal engagement windows based on audience activity data. Amplify Content Distribution. Curate and distribute content to employee teams for sharing. Employees receive content suggestions they can personalise and publish with minimal effort. The system tracks which content gets shared, how employees modify it, and how personalised versions perform compared to the original. Profile Analytics. Access LinkedIn profile-level analytics including profile views, search appearances, and audience demographics. Understand which employees are building authority in specific topic areas and where audience attention is growing. Approval Workflows and Compliance Controls. Configure content approval rules based on role, content type, or keyword triggers. Posts containing product claims, financial projections, or client references can be automatically routed to compliance reviewers while thought leadership content proceeds through a lighter approval path. Maintain immutable audit trails of all content submissions, edits, approvals, and publications with timestamps and user attribution. Mentions and Social Listening. Monitor brand mentions and relevant conversations across LinkedIn. Identify engagement opportunities and trending topics within your industry. Post Creation Tools. Multiple content creation modes including AI-generated drafts, URL-to-post conversion that turns articles into LinkedIn-ready content, and manual creation with formatting guidance. Built-in best practice recommendations help employees write posts that align with what LinkedIn's algorithm rewards. Integrations Vulse integrates directly with LinkedIn through official API access, plus Slack, Microsoft Teams, and common workflow tools used by B2B marketing and communications teams. Pricing Vulse offers flexible pricing starting from individual plans for solo professionals through to team and enterprise tiers with advanced analytics, compliance features, and dedicated support. Free trials are available.

## Vulse Reviews
 ### 1. Vulse Makes LinkedIn Employee Advocacy Scalable and Data-Driven

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex B. | Global Marketing Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Vulse?**

As a marketing director at a fast-growing tech company, I knew that getting our team consistently active on LinkedIn would drive real value, but I struggled to operationalise it. Vulse solved that. I can prepare content centrally so it aligns with our brand and campaigns, and the team can share it across their own networks without it eating into their day.

Coming from a paid marketing background, what I appreciate most is the data. The engagement tracking gives me genuine insight into what content performs, which means I can apply the same test-and-learn mindset to organic, employee-driven content that I would use for a paid campaign. The platform also scales well as we grow, and onboarding new team members is quick.

For a company that lives and breathes lead generation, being able to extend our reach organically through our own people has been a valuable addition to our channel mix.

**What do you dislike about Vulse?**

There’s very little to fault. With our multi-channel approach, the option to post natively to platforms beyond LinkedIn would be a valuable addition in the future. I’d also welcome deeper integration with our wider marketing stack, so I can connect employee advocacy data with our other performance metrics in one place. That said, neither of these points has held us back, and the LinkedIn integration at the core of the platform is excellent. The product also evolves quickly, so I expect these areas will continue to improve.

**What problems is Vulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled to turn our team into a consistent organic-reach channel on LinkedIn. We had the talent and the content, but we lacked a structured way to coordinate employee sharing and measure its impact. Posting was sporadic and depended entirely on individual motivation.

After implementing Vulse, we were able to build a repeatable process. Content is prepared centrally, the team can share it easily, and I can track what’s working through the analytics. We’ve seen a clear increase in the number of team members actively posting, along with a measurable uplift in our organic reach and engagement on LinkedIn.

For a performance-driven marketing team, the biggest win has been turning employee advocacy into a trackable, optimisable channel rather than a nice-to-have. The time saved versus coordinating everything manually is significant, and the cost is easy to justify against the organic reach it generates compared with equivalent paid spend.

 ### 2. Vulse Makes Compliant Social Sharing Effortless with a Polished, Reliable UI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Beth L. | Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Vulse?**

What really won me over was how low the barrier to entry is for the end user. In healthcare marketing, you’re often asking clinicians and administrators to do something outside their comfort zone, especially when it comes to social media. Vulse made it easy to put curated, approved content in front of our team and let them share it with practically zero effort.

The content optimisation scoring is something I didn’t expect to lean on as much as I do, but it’s become a key part of my quality-control process before anything goes out under our name. The UI is polished and straightforward, so I’m not fielding support questions from colleagues every week. It just works.

Platform performance has also been solid from day one, with no downtime or publishing failures. That matters when you’re representing a healthcare brand where credibility is everything.

**What do you dislike about Vulse?**

We haven’t had a reason to explore the AI content generation features, since all of our content has to go through a compliance review before it’s shared. That’s a healthcare industry requirement, not a limitation of the platform. My main request would be more advanced analytics segmentation so I could break down performance by department or by content theme without having to do it manually. The LinkedIn integration is excellent and fully meets our needs, although an integration with our internal communications platform would be a welcome addition in the future. Overall, none of these points have affected our day-to-day experience.

**What problems is Vulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Healthcare is an industry where trust matters more than almost anything else, and when employees share authentic, relevant content on LinkedIn, it builds that trust in a way a corporate page alone can’t. Before Vulse, we didn’t have a structured way to make that happen. Our marketing team would draft suggested posts and send them out by email, but the response rate was low, and tracking who shared what was completely manual.

Vulse has centralised the whole process for us. Content is now created, approved, and published to a single place where it’s easy to find and use. Team members can share on their own schedule, and I can see exactly what’s been posted and how it performed. Onboarding was painless, and the support team answered every question promptly during our initial setup.

The pricing model works well for us because the value is straightforward to demonstrate. We can point to increased reach through employee networks, stronger engagement on healthcare content, and a growing number of colleagues who are now visible on LinkedIn for the first time. The ROI is clear when you compare what we’re spending with what equivalent reach would cost through paid social.

 ### 3. Streamlined Executive Thought Leadership with Intuitive, Reliable LinkedIn Publishing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Georgina S. | Sector Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Vulse?**

We use Vulse specifically to support our senior leadership team’s thought leadership on LinkedIn, and it has changed the way we approach executive visibility. The workflow is straightforward: I draft thought leadership content tailored to each leader’s areas of expertise, upload it to the platform, and they can review and share it whenever it suits them. What used to mean back-and-forth email threads, Word documents with tracked changes, and constant calendar reminders is now a self-serve process that takes each executive less than a minute.

The UI is intuitive enough that even our least tech-savvy board member can use it independently. Performance has been consistently reliable—posts publish on time—and the engagement tracking gives me a single, consolidated view of how each leader’s content is landing. That data has become a regular part of our board-level reporting because it clearly shows the return on investing time in executive presence.

**What do you dislike about Vulse?**

Nothing at all. It’s been a great platform, and we’re genuinely happy with it so far. We haven’t used the AI content generation features, mainly because our executive content follows a specific approval process and is written to reflect each leader’s individual perspective. That’s a decision on our side, not a limitation of the platform. The LinkedIn integration covers everything we need today, although support for additional platforms would be a welcome addition down the road.

**What problems is Vulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Vulse, getting our executives to post on LinkedIn was one of the most frustrating parts of my role. They’re busy people running large teams and sitting in meetings all day, and even when I drafted content for them, the real challenge was moving it from a shared document onto their LinkedIn profiles. Too often, the post would sit in an inbox for a week and lose its relevance by the time they got around to sharing it.

Vulse removed that friction entirely. The content is already waiting for them inside the platform; they just tap a button to share it, and I can see right away whether it went out. We’ve gone from sporadic, inconsistent executive posting to a structured thought leadership programme across five senior leaders.

Onboarding was simple and only took a single 15-minute walkthrough with each person. The support team was responsive during setup and helped us get everything configured quickly. From a cost perspective, the subscription is a fraction of what an external agency would charge to manage executive LinkedIn profiles, and the results have been stronger because the content stays closer to each leader’s authentic voice. The ROI conversation was also straightforward once we could point to the increase in profile views, connection requests, and inbound media enquiries that followed.

 ### 4. Vulse Makes LinkedIn Sharing Simple—and Engagement Tracking Finally Clear

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kathrin M. | Marketing Director Central Europe, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Vulse?**

What surprised me most was how quickly people outside the marketing team started using it. We work in a specialist industry where most colleagues are clinicians, engineers, and product specialists, not natural content creators, so Vulse’s simplicity really made the difference.

I can prepare sector-relevant content, upload it to the platform, and colleagues across different departments and countries can share it on LinkedIn without having to write a single word themselves if they don’t want to. The engagement tracking has also changed how I report internally. Rather than relying on anecdotal feedback about whether our LinkedIn presence is growing, I can show real numbers for reach, activity, and which teams are most engaged. That shift from guessing to knowing has been valuable in securing continued support from senior management.

**What do you dislike about Vulse?**

I’d really welcome the ability to segment content by team or region, so colleagues only see the posts that are most relevant to their market. We operate across multiple countries, and not every piece of content is appropriate for every audience. Right now I handle this manually; it works, but it adds an extra step to my process. Aside from that, nothing is holding us back—the platform delivers on what it promises.

**What problems is Vulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In a company like ours, the people with the most credibility on LinkedIn are the specialists: product managers, clinical experts, and engineers. They’re also the people least likely to sit down and write a LinkedIn post. Before Vulse, our company page was the only consistent voice, and it was reaching a fairly limited audience. We needed a way to activate the broader team without burdening them with content creation.

Vulse addressed that by giving me a central place to curate shareable content, and by making the posting process so straightforward that even the most reluctant colleague can do it in under a minute. Since adopting it, we’ve seen a measurable increase in the number of team members active on LinkedIn. Our company’s overall visibility in the sector has grown, and we’re now reaching audiences through employee networks that our company page never could.

The cost feels modest relative to the reach it generates and the time I save coordinating everything.

 ### 5. Vulse Makes Company-Wide LinkedIn Sharing Effortless

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicky G. | Digital Content Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Vulse?**

The centralised content library is the feature I use most. I create posts around company updates, industry news, and brand messaging, and the team can browse the library and share to LinkedIn in just a couple of clicks. What used to take me an hour of sending individual emails and Slack messages now takes about five minutes, just uploading the content to the dashboard.

The adoption insights panel saves me even more time because I can see exactly who shared content that week and who didn’t, without having to manually check individual LinkedIn profiles. The UI is well laid out and uncluttered, which has made a real difference to adoption. When I first rolled it out, team members were using it within minutes, without any training or documentation.

Performance has been consistently fast as well. Content publishes reliably, the dashboard loads quickly even when pulling analytics across 40+ profiles, and we’ve had zero downtime since we started.

**What do you dislike about Vulse?**

Having the interface available in Dutch would make onboarding a bit smoother for some team members, although it hasn’t actually stopped anyone from using the platform. We also haven’t explored the AI content generation features, since our workflow relies on centrally prepared content, but I can see how those tools would add value for teams where individuals write their own posts. Over time, more integrations beyond LinkedIn would be helpful, especially with internal communications tools, so we could push content into Vulse from the same place we manage other company communications. That said, none of these points are dealbreakers, and the core product already covers everything we need right now.

**What problems is Vulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled to keep our team consistently visible on LinkedIn. Before Vulse, I’d send content suggestions via email and Slack, but fewer than 10% of the team ever acted on them. We also had no reliable way to track who was sharing, what was performing, or whether the effort was actually worth it.

After implementing Vulse, we went from about five people posting occasionally to more than 30 sharing content at least once a week. Our company page impressions have grown by roughly 50%, and individual team members are reporting more profile views and connection requests.

Onboarding took less than a week, and the support team responded quickly to every question we had during setup. From a cost perspective, the subscription pays for itself, especially when you consider that getting equivalent visibility through paid LinkedIn campaigns would cost several times more each month. Making the ROI case to leadership was straightforward because the numbers were clear within the first few weeks.

 ### 6. Vulse Streamlines LinkedIn Content Planning with Smart AI Suggestions and Scheduling

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muzammil M. | Founder – Muzammil Graphic | Interior and Graphic Designer | Transforming Spaces and Brands Visually , Graphic Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Vulse?**

Vulse makes LinkedIn content management much easier and more organized. The platform is simple to use, and the AI content suggestions help save time when planning or writing posts. I also like the scheduling feature because it helps maintain a consistent LinkedIn presence without posting manually every day. The analytics and engagement tracking are useful for understanding what type of content performs better, and the tone-matching feature helps content feel more natural and personalized instead of overly robotic. For teams, it also makes sharing company content and maintaining brand consistency much easier.

**What do you dislike about Vulse?**

One thing I would like to see is a proper free trial without requiring a credit card. Some important features stay locked for new users, which can feel a little frustrating when trying to fully understand the platform before purchasing.A few more unlocked trial features would help users explore the interface, AI tools, and workflows more comfortably before making a decision.

**What problems is Vulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vulse helps solve the problem of inconsistent LinkedIn activity and time-consuming content management. It makes scheduling, content planning, and employee advocacy much more efficient in one platform. The AI assistance and analytics save time, improve content consistency, and help maintain a stronger professional presence on LinkedIn without needing to manage everything manually.

 ### 7. Vulse Makes LinkedIn Content Strategy Easy, Fast, and On-Brand for Large Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebecca R. | Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Vulse?**

As someone who spends most of my time on content strategy, Vulse fits naturally with the way I already think about LinkedIn. The platform is straightforward to use, and the AI features genuinely understand tone—which really matters when you’re trying to get a large team posting without everything sounding like it came from the same person. I can set up content for multiple team members quickly, and the optimisation scoring gives me confidence that what we’re putting out is positioned to perform well.

The analytics are exactly what I need for reporting, without having to build anything manually. We were also able to integrate with various tools as part of our setup. Even with a large team, it’s easy for everyone to jump in and use the platform when needed, and it stays fast and responsive. Pricing was flexible, which helped get the business case over the line, and the team has been incredibly supportive throughout.

**What do you dislike about Vulse?**

Nothing major to complain about. The platform does what it says it will and it does it well. If I’m being picky, I’d love to have the option to post to other platforms beyond LinkedIn in the future, but that’s really more of a wish-list item than a genuine issue. I’m looking forward to seeing what new features and functionality come next, because the team seems to ship updates regularly. It’s clear the product is evolving quickly.

**What problems is Vulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkedIn was always on our list, but it never got the attention it deserved because creating individual posts for team members took too long. Vulse removed that bottleneck. We’ve gone from a handful of people posting sporadically to having a consistent presence across the team. It’s also made it much easier to align employee content with broader campaign messaging, without micromanaging every post. The time savings are significant, and the engagement data helps me make a clear case to senior stakeholders.

 ### 8. Clear Team Performance Visibility, Great AI Features, and Responsive Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nupur A. | Senior Manager - Digital Marketing & Events, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Vulse?**

The platform has helped massively by giving me clear visibility into how the team is performing, and it also makes it easy for me to share content with them. It’s a great-looking platform that’s simple to use, reliable, and quick, and we’ve seen great results from improved consistency.

I also use the AI features for my own content and when sharing with the team, and the tone match feature is especially handy. We haven’t utilised any integrations yet, but we plan to explore them in the future.

From a pricing perspective, it was a no-brainer for us. Other tools are incredibly expensive, and this option worked well for what we needed. The team has also been fantastic in terms of support. We set up a dedicated Teams chat to discuss how we’re using the platform, along with feedback and feature requests.

**What do you dislike about Vulse?**

Honestly, there isn’t anything to complain about so far, so good. The team is especially responsive, and that really helps, particularly when we have a lot of questions coming in from multiple team members.

**What problems is Vulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, it’s about being able to manage employee advocacy while also empowering employees. Having one central platform that lets us see what’s happening on LinkedIn and analyze it is ideal. It means our employees are more consistent, create more engaging content, and ultimately close more deals.

 ### 9. Vulse Clicked Fast - Saves Time with Smooth Scheduling and Brand Sharing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh W. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Vulse?**

I’ve used other employee advocacy tools that took a fair amount of onboarding before I felt comfortable, but Vulse clicked for me pretty quickly. Scheduling content, sharing company news, and pulling in coworker posts all feel like they’re in the right places, so I’m not hunting around to find what I need. The brand content sharing workflow, in particular, has saved me a real amount of time each week because I’m not bouncing between tabs or manually reposting things. The engagement tracking also gives me enough visibility to understand what’s actually landing with my network, without making the whole process feel overcomplicated.

**What do you dislike about Vulse?**

Nothing at all. I really enjoy using the platform, and the customer support is great. They’re a lovely team to work with, and the overall experience has been very positive.

**What problems is Vulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As the founder of a small PR agency, my LinkedIn presence matters a lot for inbound leads and credibility. Before Vulse, I was either inconsistent with posting or spending too much time manually curating and scheduling content. Vulse has helped me stay visible on LinkedIn without it turning into a part-time job. With the combination of content scheduling and engagement tracking, I can actually see whether my activity is generating reach, and I’ve noticed a real uptick in inbound interest since I’ve been more consistent.

 ### 10. Fast, Clean Performance Reporting in One Place—Great Value with Vulse

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olivia D. | Senior Marketing Operations Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Vulse?**

It’s a great tool for having one central view of team performance. The layout is clean and simple, and it doesn’t try to do too much. We don’t need lots of integrations; we mainly need reporting data, and that’s been straightforward, with live or weekly updates available.

Performance has also been excellent. The dashboard and pages load quickly, and we have everything we need in one place. The flexible volume pricing was a big reason we chose Vulse as we scale. The team has been brilliant when handling requests, especially for users who need the solution in different languages. The AI tools have also been helpful for translation across global teams.

**What do you dislike about Vulse?**

I don’t think there’s anything we dislike. It’s a straightforward product at a great price for us, especially compared with other options that are incredibly expensive. It doesn’t need to do too much, and it covers what we need. When we’ve needed additional integrations, the team has handled our requests quickly.

**What problems is Vulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like being able to see everything the team is posting in one place, and then repurpose that content with tone-matching and multiple translations. Since we use different URLs for different regions, the tool helps us manage this at scale. Overall, it saves us time and effort when sharing employee content across regions.

 ### 11. Enhanced Our LinkedIn Presence Effortlessly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rich F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Vulse?**

I love how Vulse has made maintaining a consistent LinkedIn presence part of my workflow, especially as someone who prioritizes other editorial work. For our small team, it's much easier to show up consistently, which is important for business development and credibility. I spend a lot of time on content strategy, so I appreciate that Vulse helps me quickly figure out what to post on LinkedIn. The scheduling feature is clean and intuitive, and the content suggestions feel relevant to my audience. Moving from idea to scheduled post happens without the usual friction. The AI content generated by Vulse sounds like me, which has been a pleasant surprise. It's also pretty easy to pick up, and anything that speeds up building our online brand is valuable to us.

**What do you dislike about Vulse?**

It's still relatively new, so we probably haven't unlocked everything it can do. Some of the interface decisions feel geared towards larger teams.

**What problems is Vulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vulse streamlines maintaining a consistent LinkedIn presence in my workflow, enhances business credibility, and speeds up content strategy execution with relevant scheduling and AI suggestions, saving me time for editorial work.

 ### 12. Good AI assistance for staying active on LinkedIn

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Beata M. | QA Specialist | Product Owner | Business Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Vulse?**

The AI content generation is what genuinely surprised me. I was skeptical at first, but the suggestions it produces for LinkedIn posts are actually usable without heavy editing. The social sharing workflow is straightforward and the content scheduling feature means I can batch my LinkedIn activity in one sitting rather than scrambling to post something every few days. As someone juggling QA, product ownership, and BA work, I don't have time to overthink personal branding. Vulse fits into my routine without demanding much from me.

**What do you dislike about Vulse?**

I'm still fairly new to the platform so I haven't hit many walls yet. Nothing blocking, but I'm sure the team will be open to suggestions.

**What problems is Vulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Vulse I was inconsistent on LinkedIn, basically posting only when I remembered or had something obvious to share. That kind of irregular presence doesn't help professional visibility. Vulse gave me a structured way to stay active without it feeling like a second job. The AI drafts give me a starting point so I spend less time staring at a blank text box, which for someone in a multi-role position is genuinely useful.

 ### 13. Streamlined LinkedIn for our Clients and Teams with Fantastic Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sophie E. | Marketing Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

I personally appreciate how user-friendly and easy Vulse is for planning content and encouraging teams. The analytics functions allow us to make more informed decisions for my personal brand and our clients. I also value Vulse's unique LinkedIn API integration for ensuring the complete security of our accounts, which is crucial for high-profile clientele. The set-up was very easy, safe, and secure, and Rob and the team guided us through the entire process. Additionally, the platform's ability to manage LinkedIn accounts, provide prompts, ideas, and post reviews makes personal branding easier and posting on LinkedIn, which is invaluable for our company.

**What do you dislike about Vulse?**

There are a few small bugs that we've identified, but Rob has been on hand throughout. We'd love the option to one day respond to personal account comments through the platform.

**What problems is Vulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Vulse for LinkedIn content management and scheduling, making posting easier and more effective. It helps with personal branding through prompts and analytics, improving our decisions and ROI. It's user-friendly, encouraging team engagement and seamless LinkedIn integration securely manages client accounts.

**What do you like best about Vulse?**

I love Vulse's ability to tone match, as it makes the content feel personal and requires less editing. This feature is a huge time-saver for us. The leaderboards are great, too; they add a fun and competitive element to our advocacy efforts, and we even offer prizes for the most engaged employees. I also appreciate how easy it was to set up Vulse, thanks to their help with implementation and training. Additionally, their communicative approach to updates and new features is a big plus. It's an easy recommend, a 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Vulse?**

Nothing.

**What problems is Vulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vulse helps our team feel part of the brand's growth, boosts confidence to engage on social media, and enhances internal referral schemes. The tone match feature saves time, and leaderboards add fun competition, encouraging employee engagement.

 ### 15. Effortless LinkedIn Management with Authentic Brand Voice

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Siobhan I. | Senior Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Vulse?**

Vulse has significantly improved the efficiency and consistency of managing our LinkedIn presence. I appreciate how it adapts to our tone of voice, enabling us to create content that truly represents our brand instead of coming across as generic. The scheduling features are easy to use, the insights are presented clearly, and the overall experience feels tailored for actual marketing teams rather than just tech professionals. It has seamlessly integrated into my daily routine.

**What do you dislike about Vulse?**

There isn’t much to dislike about the platform. However, I would appreciate having more advanced reporting options and a more detailed analysis of audience behaviour over time. While the platform already provides valuable insights, additional customisation would make it even more effective, especially when sharing results with senior leadership. As it is still a relatively new product, some features are continuing to develop, but the team remains highly responsive.

**What problems is Vulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vulse has made it much easier for us to maintain a consistent and effective LinkedIn presence without dedicating countless hours each week to writing, editing, and planning content. It addresses the challenge of irregular posting and eliminates the pressure of generating new ideas when our schedules are busy. The AI assistance accelerates the content creation process and helps keep our messaging unified across the team. As a result, we've seen improvements in engagement, brand visibility, and our communication with partners and stakeholders.

 ### 16. Effective platform for managing employee advocacy and LinkedIn content

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Janet K. | Marketing Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Vulse?**

Vulse makes it easy to share approved content with my team and manage how it’s used across individual LinkedIn profiles. It allows us to maintain consistency while giving employees flexibility to personalize posts. The platform also provides clear insights on performance and engagement, which helps inform our strategy.

**What do you dislike about Vulse?**

Some of the reporting dashboards could be more customizable, although this has been improved with custom email reports, and we would like more integrations, and know they're coming.

**What problems is Vulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vulse helps us coordinate content sharing and track engagement across our team. It streamlines the process of managing LinkedIn activity, encourages internal participation, and allows us to see what content resonates with our audience, which supports our overall marketing goals.

 ### 17. Empowers Our Team with Employee Advocacy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kamil Z. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Vulse?**

I use Vulse to empower my senior team members to be advocates for what we do as a company. I love the concept of employee advocacy and how my team is happy to share their skills and expertise. Vulse has tackled content creation bottlenecks, helping us follow brand guidelines and maintain regularity. The team's support is hands-on, which I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Vulse?**

The UX is not great, but manageable. The payment setup was slightly cumbersome, though manageable through onboarding.

**What problems is Vulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Vulse to empower my team as advocates, solving scheduling and content creation bottlenecks while ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

 ### 18. Reliable Social Media Scheduling with more tools for greater engagement under the hood

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Phil B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Vulse?**

I use Vulse for social media scheduling and team advocacy, and I like its reliability and responsiveness. The scheduling feature is easy to use, and the user interface makes it clear when improvements are needed in a post. The initial setup was straightforward; just click a button, and it was connected.

**What do you dislike about Vulse?**

The editor needs some work to allow for bulk scheduling and text formatting. Neither are currently available, and they would bring significant benefits to speed and attention hooking when posted.

**What problems is Vulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Vulse for social media scheduling, team advocacy, and client recommendations. It solves content syndication across accounts and ensures timely posting.

 ### 19. Finally got my team posting consistently on LinkedIn

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John A. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Vulse?**

The tone-of-voice matching feature is truly impressive. My team was initially hesitant to post on LinkedIn, concerned that their messages might come across as too corporate or robotic. Vulse completely addressed this issue. Now, each team member’s posts genuinely reflect their own voice, rather than sounding like they were written by a marketing department. We’ve been using Vulse to build thought leadership across our team at Drive Simple, and the impact has been clear. Our collective reach has grown substantially, and we’re now receiving inbound enquiries from people who discovered us through a team member’s post—something that simply didn’t happen before. The content library makes it straightforward for everyone to find relevant material to share, and the scheduling feature helps us maintain consistency without making it feel burdensome. The dashboard provides me with insight into who is active and which posts are performing well, which is valuable when I’m coaching the team on developing their personal brands. Support has been responsive whenever we’ve had questions, and I’ve even seen features we requested implemented into the platform.

**What do you dislike about Vulse?**

This tool is limited to LinkedIn, which works well for our needs, but it may not be ideal for companies that require advocacy across multiple platforms. Having a mobile app would make it easier to share content quickly while on the move, although the web platform is generally sufficient. The onboarding process took some time as our team adjusted, but that was more about adapting to new routines than any issue with the software itself.

**What problems is Vulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting a team to post regularly on LinkedIn is more challenging than it appears. People are often busy, unsure of what to share, or hesitant about making mistakes. Vulse helps overcome these obstacles by providing everyone with a collection of ready-to-use content that genuinely reflects their own voice, rather than sounding like generic corporate messaging.

Before using Vulse, only one or two people at Drive Simple would post consistently. Now, our entire team is active, which has significantly increased our reach without the need for paid advertising. We've started receiving inbound enquiries from prospects who found us through posts made by our team members, new business opportunities we likely would have missed otherwise.

Vulse has also made a difference in recruitment. During interviews, candidates often mention noticing our team's presence on LinkedIn. This kind of authentic employer branding is difficult to purchase but becomes easy to cultivate when your team is truly engaged.

 ### 20. Vulse Makes LinkedIn Advocacy Simple, Effective, and Insightful

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Girishchand B. | Test Engineer Level 2, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Vulse?**

I like how Vulse makes LinkedIn advocacy simple and effective—easy sharing for employees and clear, meaningful insights for teams without any unnecessary complexity.

**What do you dislike about Vulse?**

If I had to pick something, it would be that employee adoption can still take time—even with a smooth platform, getting everyone consistently engaged on LinkedIn needs ongoing encouragement and culture buy-in, not just the tool itself

**What problems is Vulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vulse solves the problem of low and inconsistent LinkedIn engagement by making it easy to share ready-to-use, on-brand content. This benefits me by saving time, improving reach through employee networks, and giving clear visibility into what content actually performs well.

 ### 21. A Smart Way to Improve LinkedIn Marketing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

The idea of improving LinkedIn marketing is a good one.

**What do you dislike about Vulse?**

The platform’s UI needs to be more modernized.

**What problems is Vulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It encourages the company’s staff to promote on LinkedIn.

 ### 22. Linkedin content creation automation you can trust

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan S. | Business Development Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Vulse?**

Vulse is great at mirroring language to feel more realistic than most other forms of GENAI content. I also like they're scoring system, which scores on a basis of how well your post will perform before posting it to linkedin.

**What do you dislike about Vulse?**

I wish there was a larger data set of historic data it could pull.

**What problems is Vulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vulse gives me back my time on linkedin content creation and allows me to create thought leadership pieces on technical subjects in moments. This has allowed me to grow my brand and social sell far easier.
