Empowers Business to Capture and Act on Customer Feedback Seamlessly

I like that UserVoice comes with great features for capturing, analyzing, managing and acting on customer feedback. With the data we gather using UserVoice, it is always easy for our business to tailor make our solutions to meet customer needs and this leads to improved customer satisfaction. In addition, our business is able to focus on high impact areas. Since UserVoice is our single source of data, all our departments are able to alight to customer needs thus ensuring customer loyalty which increases business revenue.

Great Insights, But Steep Learning Curve

Uservoice does a great job of taking the data and feedback and centralizing it and putting out easy to understand overviews such as its Monthly Contributor Insights. It's also very stable in the frequenecy it puts out the information.

Easy to navigate and Collaborate on Tickets

UserVoice helps me organize and keep track of my tickets. It keeps me on task. I can also respond back to the sender or collaborate on tickets with other developers, as well. It offers plenty of tools to handle a ticketing queue but is easy to navigate and use. I worked for a place once that used Jira for ticketing and we were constantly having issues with it. I haven't heard of any issues coming from using UserVoice and I like that it has a knowledge base for archival purposes, as well.
