
The TotalControlPro™ Manufacturing intelligence (MI) Module is a reporting and analytics module that pulls live real time data from every aspect of the manufacturing facility. Whether that be workflow, inventory consumption, production demand, use of resources such as employees and machines. Our MI module takes this onsite data and provides real time KPI reporting on multiple large data sets including productivity, utilisation of resources, employee contribution, OEE (overall equipment effectiveness), first time through yields and quality data.

Our customer management system gives our customers the ability to manage all customer information relating to work orders in one place. The basic functionality includes creating customer orders, adding delivery and invoice addresses, customising references and managing the quote-to-sales order to work order process. This also includes full audit trail, one touch reorder and any nonconformance issues. The CMS works hand in hand with Inventory, to also manage customer specific designs, specifications and any additional requirements.

Our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) has multiple functionalities. It can be both a standalone module as well as connect & synchronise data from the Customer Management System (CMS) and Stock & Inventory modules. The MES module is designed to produce work orders and has the unique ability to engage production teams. You will have the capability to unlock traceability of where items are in the production environment, what stages the product has to go through and track both employees & the product in regard to timings. Through understanding and using the data collated, you enable dramatic efficiency increases for your work force, improving processes and people. A well as traceability, the MES module can compare various reports and datasets including employee productivity, job expected vs job finished times and average times for products.
