The basic functionality includes creating customer orders, adding delivery and invoice addresses, customising references and managing the quote-to-sales order to work order process. This also includes full audit trail, one touch reorder and any nonconformance issues. The CMS works hand in hand with Inventory, to also manage customer specific designs, specifications and any additional requirements.
