The TotalControlPro™ Manufacturing intelligence (MI) Module is a reporting and analytics module that pulls live real time data from every aspect of the manufacturing facility. Whether that be workflow, inventory consumption, production demand, use of resources such as employees and machines. Our MI module takes this onsite data and provides real time KPI reporting on multiple large data sets including productivity, utilisation of resources, employee contribution, OEE (overall equipment effectiveness), first time through yields and quality data.

The data collection aspect of the MIM is very useful to identify why our processes are delayed often

Being a design engineer I want it to be integrated with our CAD softwares as well.

I use an ERP software  in my organization and it is helping me to track down our work load
