I think the best thing about Startdelivery is the up-to-date healthscores, which have made it much easier to manage customer relationships. The statistics and reports are also very useful. It is also easy for us to develop our Customer Success processes because Startdeliver offers the possibility to integrate the functionalities into our existing processes.
