The platform also allows for the attachment of files, which can be helpful in providing evidence of a violation. The Support Center offers detailed explanations of how the platform works, an FAQ section, and efficient assistance from staff members if needed. Reminder notices for not yet closed applications are also very helpful. The platform also provides useful statistics that summarize the number of reports received during specific periods.

I was able to report my concerns via app or phone. I use the app which was very easy to use as it only took three steps to report concern.
