SpeakUp is a fine tool with excellent customer service, that works well, with room for improvement

SpeakuUp has very helpful customer service. They will take time to make you understand each feature to maximize the impact and keep the customer satisfied. It's convenient that there are many ways to file a complaint, anonimously or not. This encourages people to speak up and takes away hurdles to do so efficiently.
