The survey software seems very easy to use and it projects very simple results that make it easy for the user to interpret.

The initial set up of my survey was really easy! I was using Google Forms for my pilot and am appreciating all of the design features available in SoGoSurvey. The only thing I was missing with the free version was the matrix-type questions. I was able to solve this by using something they call a multiple drop down. I actually like this format better because sometimes with a matrix question, you can’t see the scale options when you get to the last question in the matrix. The multiple drop down format ensures that the survey taker can always see all of the choices easily. Set up was very intuitive. I appreciated all of the embedded help text. I only needed to Google one thing, how to change the character limits on the text boxes for the open-ended responses.
