I love the capability of this platform to create survey, cx project, assessment and poll with ease. This platform makes survey creation very easy as survey can be created through templates, by self or with the help of AI with a good prompt. I also love the platform for its ability to create the form in multiple language. Branding can also be done on the forms created on this platform. I love this platform for its capability to distribute the forms through multiple channel which increases the respondents coverage. The capability to track the progress of the survey in this platform is also commendable. I love the ability of this platform to generate the report fast and efficiently which assist in the informed decision making of the organization. The availability of various analysis make the user and organization to have more insight of the results. I also love the ability of this platform to integrate with zapier, Google Analytics , Salesforce etc. The platform have a user friendly interface and the onboarding of this platform was also fast.

I like Sogolytics because it balances ease of use with powerful measuring tools. It captures meaningful participant feedback and helps translate data into accountable insights, addressing the challenges of measuring outcomes. The platform supports our trauma-informed practices, making it easy for participants to share their feedback. The initial setup was pretty swift and accessible. Sogolytics works well with other tools like Moodle and simplifies data collection for our Apricot software.
