Sogolytics has been a great survey tool for our work. It is utilized every day by our partners and we can do seamless work on the backend to ensure top performance. Sogolytics makes it easy to create, publish, and customize surveys to meet our needs. The support is unmatched and if my account manager does not know how to help, she quickly connects us with other members of their team to work through and questions.

There are so many things I could list but I will start with my support. The support I recevice from my account manager is fantastic. If she is unable to assist in anyway she has amazing collegues who work with her but also understand my projects as if they were my account manager. When looking at a company data is data, a company is a company, and money is money; however, when you look at the custom service thats where the heart of a company is. I am thankful that feel like I am part of the SoGolytics team because that is how much they care. Utilizing the platform and getting results is great and when you need help they are always available. The system is very easy to use' however, if you are unable to find something just know there is plenty of support within the platform as well. Utilizing this product has increased my companies visibility in our market.
