There are so many things I could list but I will start with my support. The support I receive from my account manager is fantastic. If she is unable to assist in any way, she has amazing colleagues who work with her but also understand my projects as if they were my account manager. When looking at a company, data is data, a company is a company, and money is money; however, when you look at the customer service, that's where the heart of a company is. I am thankful that I feel like I am part of the SoGolytics team because that is how much they care. Utilizing the platform and getting results is great, and when you need help, they are always available. The system is very easy to use; however, if you are unable to find something, just know there is plenty of support within the platform as well. Utilizing this product has increased my company's visibility in our market.
