We continue to be impressed by the ability to produce our surveys in a variety of formats whether it be a targeted mailshot or embedding into our website along with other options. We currently supply our participants with a direct hyperlink to our various forms and questionnaires along with using the embedded feature for when we want to capture information from people visiting our website or for when we run a conference. We also really like the way the system is being constantly updated with new features and support is excellent with them replying to any emails we have sent them within the hour if not within minutes of being sent.
